ThermalCommandCenter is a status‑first dashboard for DC fast charging thermal analysis. It is designed as a control console rather than a simple calculator. Open the app and you immediately see the current system state: thermal budget, boundary proximity, confidence level, and a clear risk summary. From there you can inspect trends, review recent intervention sessions, and apply Smart Entry actions to adjust control strategies. Key Features 1. System Status Console Live view of current temperature, ambient conditions, power level, budget remaining, and forecasting phase. 2. Risk Snapshot Evidence‑based risk indicators: boundary probability, temperature rise velocity, and cooling margin, with transparent signal strength. 3. Trend Monitoring Forecast envelope chart over a configurable horizon, including boundary line and expected crossing time. 4. Recent Sessions Auto‑generated intervention history showing how past Smart Entry actions impacted risk and boundary probability. 5. Smart Entry Actions Context‑aware recommendations such as thermal pause, power derate, cooling strategy changes, recalibration, and weekly ops report generation. 6. Constraints & Calibration Panel Edit boundary temperature, cooling margins, urgency thresholds, and thermal model calibration parameters in one place. Changes take effect immediately in the dashboard.
