Leads you to think that temp is collected through Apple watch. Not so. You must take your own temperature and enter it yourself.

Keep track of your Body Temperature
If you are ill and looking for an app to keep sick of your body temperature, this is one of the best. I highly recommend if you need to check your body temperature. It’s almost always accurate. Wish I did know it before.
