Deception tactics
App uses deception tactics to have users place bets on unrealistic wining odds. Example: for the entire World Cup, first option that you see is Match results. They do not disclose that it does not include any additional time or penalties. Which falsely leads user into betting onto the score itself. Almost none of the soccer matches and exactly at 90 minutes. After reaching out to Support. They told me that you have to bet on second option, which is only displayed once you open the game list and that option is to qualify, and for the World Cup finals it was to raise the trophy. Who in the world would imagine that match result is not the actual outcome of the game, but you have to bet on to raise the trophy So basically casino collects hundred percent of your winnings every single time. I am actually filing a class action lawsuit so message me if you want to join.

Not hyperbole , it’s that bad
This is far and away the worst, most despicable, dishonest, and deceptive casino I’ve ever played . This isn’t just a bad experience, this is now 3 major incredibly bad horrible experiences. Losses that you can’t even comprehend because at other casinos at some point I saw a win , I saw something that balanced the field and made it tolerable to play again. The Score Bet is absolutely doing the devil’s work, so incredibly dishonest and deceptive in their practice, and is the only place that gives next to nothing back for playing. I gave them three chances and I’m done , I hope others read this and don’t give them a chance , they truly don’t deserve one , it’s the most disgusting and greedy casino I’ve ever played , they’ve found a way to legalize theft and that’s truly disgusting, I hate nothing on this green earth with the exception of THE SCORE BET!!!!!!!!!

Don’t do it
This platform is absolute garbage on so many levels. They have more strict policies around how they handle substitutes and such than the other platforms that significantly skew the advantage in their favor.
I had a goalscorer in a WC soccer match. He subbed in late in the game, roughly the 84th minute. He went on to score in extra time.
They didn’t void it because he didn’t start and they didn’t count the goal because they were saying it had to happen only in regulation (which isn’t how DK handles these situations).
Then to top it off, their customer support is absolute trash. Please just save yourself the trouble - there’s so many better alternatives.

I won a promo for home run derby tickets but was unable to use them due to short notice. Customer service was able to give me a large bonus bet instead of the tickets, even though it said in the promotion that this would not be an option. This is going above and beyond to help the customer and is not common across many sportsbooks

Verification code issue
When It asks me for verification codes, I enter it and it says expired when I just received it. I can’t get into the account no more so it sucks, I wanted to try it out but I guess I can’t, sucks

I just all around love the platform. I feel more bonus should be given especially with the way I use the app for everything including hotels, casinos, ETC!

This app said I lost my bet because Argentina lost the World Cup game but the game isn’t even over… and they actually won at the end and robbed my winnings from me , don’t us this app!!!
Worst Sportsbook for World Cup
They don’t clarify the ruling on total goals. They provide no information on total goal rules involving extra time. Also there’s never a cash out option. It constantly says “cash out unavailable”. I recommend any other Sportsbook.
