Wow...

The app constantly has issues and what happened to the website?? I loved these collars and the idea behind them... missing the follow through. Charge a small monthly fee if you have to... just make it better.

Poor connection

Every time I try to connect to collar, it connects for a second then the app just closes. Location isn’t working at all!! Waste of money , they need to update their tracking program

Doesn’t work

App will not connect to collar 90% of the time. When it does connect, the app crashes after a few seconds. There’s no way that this app can possibly be used to track my dog’s activity, let alone his location. The app and collar want to be the AirTag of pet collars, but they fail miserably.

Waste of money

Great idea on having something so you can track your dog if lost, but it doesn’t help when you can’t update location and it just keeps showing the last location. I used this thing for 3 days now and the pin on the location never moves. One star in my books, sorry.
