Wow...
The app constantly has issues and what happened to the website?? I loved these collars and the idea behind them... missing the follow through. Charge a small monthly fee if you have to... just make it better.
Poor connection
Every time I try to connect to collar, it connects for a second then the app just closes. Location isn’t working at all!! Waste of money , they need to update their tracking program
Doesn’t work
App will not connect to collar 90% of the time. When it does connect, the app crashes after a few seconds. There’s no way that this app can possibly be used to track my dog’s activity, let alone his location. The app and collar want to be the AirTag of pet collars, but they fail miserably.
Waste of money
Great idea on having something so you can track your dog if lost, but it doesn’t help when you can’t update location and it just keeps showing the last location. I used this thing for 3 days now and the pin on the location never moves. One star in my books, sorry.

It doesn’t work! AT ALL! Location on the plus is a joke. App crashes constantly.

The idea is great. Execution is lackluster. Frequent crashes. No ability to export or save step counts.
Don’t Waste Your Money
Bought the collar, downloaded three app, and set up my account. Every time I try to log in the app crashes. Huge disappointment.
App isn't updated and crashes
What's the point in continuing to sell these collars if the app crashes when it tries to find the location of your pet? I just bought this collar and was super excited to use it. it worked great during the actual set up of the collar and the first time I tracked my dog but then afterwards it stopped working as well and started crashing when I tried to track my dog, not to mention this app hasn't been updated in 10 months!

Don’t bother
Bought two, a M and a L. One for my Aussie and one for my Elkhound. The M barely fits my Elkhound and she’s 6 months and will probably outgrow it soon. Neither fits my Aussie. The app itself is glitchy. I tried to register both collars and it found one and glitched and now it won’t find it again. The other one worked. So I can only use the GPS for one of the two collars and it’s not even the collar that fit on a dog. I got stuck in a drop down option picking if my dog is male or female because it wanted a save and when I clicked yes it’d bring me right back to the drop down. Supporting site is minimalistic and unhelpful. Sent an email out hoping to at least get the other collar registered or the whole thing is useless to me.

Could never get it.
Could never get into the app. Downloaded the app did the registration got the email confirming it. Tried to sign in said it was The wrong id or password reset the password still says wrong id or password. I know that it’s not wrong id or the wrong password because I use the same two password for everything because I’m very forgetful.

Horrible app
This is a horrible app. Had to keep entering info, did not what to take info, then all of a sudden info shows up.
Their website is even worse. Won’t let you look at acct. keeps wanting you to put in user name and password but won’t save it.

Can’t connect collar
I can’t get the collar to register with the app. Every time I click scan device & nothing ever pops up other than no devices found. Been trying for hours, can’t get past this part. Tried to find phone number to call & cant. So sad.
Love these collars!
This app is super convenient and makes it easy to set up the collar. I have one for each of my dogs and I can see exactly where they are on the map in the app! I can even list their name, weight, and whether they’re male or female.
Disappointed and frustrated
I can’t link my home base to the app. It has been hours of effort and very frustrating. Kinda feel like I got ripped off, which is lousy because I bought 4 collars and was so excited to be able to track my fur babies and keep them safe. THIS COMPANY NEEDS WAY BETTER TECH SUPPORT if you have any integrity at all. buyer beware!

App crashes every time I try to add the collar.
Big waste of my hard earned money!!!
Not sure why my dogs picture will not save. Tried many many times to save and it will not. Cannot get it to send me an email to Confirm that it has been installed. Does not keep track of my dog and at this point, a BIG WASTE OF MONEY !!!DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! You people really need to be ashamed of yourself for taking people’s money for such rubbish!!!

Issues with App - does not actually track.
Upon first getting this collar and app, the GPS would not actually track my pet on the app.
Upon further attempts, the app went black and kicked me off when attempting to re-add the collar.
After uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, I still cannot re-add the collar - still failing to serve the purpose it was purchased for in tracking my pet.

Super easy to use!
Love the collars and this app! Super easy to manage with my 2 dogs :)
BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY!
I get to the select device screen and it kicks me out of the app every time! I cannot register the collar making the whole thing worthless! I am so angry that a company sells an unusable product because the app does not work! If possible, this is a no star product!
