NO student discount and No cancellation

Hi, we’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused. We understand how stressful it is to start a trial and then be unable to find the subscription in your Apple subscription list when you want to cancel. For subscriptions made through the App Store, Apple manages the subscription and cancellation process directly. Please make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that was used to start the trial, then check your Apple Subscriptions page again. If you still cannot find the subscription, please contact us at contact@thetawave.ai with your account email, Apple purchase receipt or screenshot, and the email address used for your Apple ID if possible. We will help you check the account and subscription status as soon as possible. We’re sorry again for the poor experience, and we will take your feedback seriously to improve our support and subscription guidance.

하지만 단점이 제가 대학생이어서 3개월 쓰고 방학 때는 사용할 일이 없어 해지하려 했는데 어제 결제 돼고 어제 구독취소 후 이메일로 환불문의 남겼는데 오늘까지도 답변이 없네요..고객센터 접근성 높이고 환불에 대한 매커니즘좀 개선했으면 좋겠습니다. 환불 문의 한 메일은 확인 부탁드립니다. 대학생이어서 돈이 없어요
