Unable to upload photos
I am a photographer and have been trying to upload photos to my profile with no success. I reached out to customer support. The only thing listed on the app and website is an email address, which is incorrect. It sent the email back saying it was an incorrect email address and was undeliverable.
I’ve tried different images sizes, different browsers, uploading through my phone on the app directly and keep getting the “oops, something went wrong, pleas try again” error message.
I was excited to try this as a new lead platform, but am frustrated that I can’t upload any images to my profile, and am unable to contact anyone for support. There is a chat option but it’s only available if you go “pro” for $49/month.
