Fantastic trainer
I have been treating with LISA now for eight years and that was after a 10 year search for a workout group or a trainer that I would enjoy. After eight years I still love every workout and I look forward to every workout. Consistency is key and if you don’t look forward to the workout, it is extremely difficult to maintain consistency. I have trained with Lisa for more years than I care to admit, all because she brings new, varied content practically everyday and you have the option to either choose for yourself what you want to do that day, in terms of body part, workout type, duration and level or you can follow along with the challenges knowing that all the planning has been done for you so that you have worked every body part throughout the week and throughout the challenge. Modifications are always offered so that you can work to your own level and equipment required really is minimal.
On top of all that, you then have Lisa and the WKOUT community to keep you motivated and on track, no frills or gimmicks, just people that want to train and want to encourage one another.
Finally, the platform functionality - it’s great, simple to use and well organised, so you can just load it up, tap on your workout and get it done.

Hands down THE BEST workouts
No other program kicks my butt in the way that TheWKOUT does! Lisa and Theresa are two super motivational women that bring it every single week with a variety of exercises. You get combat, cardio, strength, resistance, hiit, spin, yoga, and everything in between. And not only do they set you up with a workout, but they do it with you sweating and pushing themselves to their max. I average 500-600 calories burned in an hour. They constantly ask for feedback for workouts and then do what’s requested. Above all these two are just wonderful people and have built an incredibly social workout program with Facebook, instagram, and the website. It’s really a family. This is THE ONLY program you need.

Best training app I have ever found
TheWKout is by far the best app and workout platform I have ever come across. I have followed Lisa for years even pre TheWKout.
She never fails to deliver. The amount of programmes and workouts that can be accessed is immense so every day I can choose a new one. Monthly challenges/ programmes are added most months which I look forward to.
I actually get excited as so what workout I will do the next day.
All trainers Lisa, Teresa and Aaron are very likeable, relatable and motivating.
The app is easy to navigate with plenty of filters aiding this. The favourites button is a must although can be a little glitchy in that the favourites don’t save on all of the platforms (maybe a sync issue)
One thing I would like to see is the ability to add subtitles as I like to have my music loud when working out as am hard of hearing (the workouts don’t have music in the background)
There is a Facebook page which is a great community to belong to. Customer service are quick to reply when contacted.
Don’t think twice about trying TheWkout. It won’t disappoint
