Disappointing scam
My bf and I enjoyed this app for the first month, but then we both just got logged out of our accounts and lost all our memories and lists. Tried to contact support twice with no response. So they’ve just taken our £20 and lost all of our memories. Wouldn’t recommend!

I worked with this company as a UGC creator. Me and my bf create contents for them 5 times a week, but they just fire me with one text and just disappeared. Still owe me money. If they’re planning to fire someone or stop the project, they should’ve let the people know earlier. Not made people working and owe money and disappear. Now they just ignore my contact. I loved the app but horrible operation. I really don’t think company can treat people like that.

Paid App
I was excited until I got to the end of signing up and realized you have to pay to use this app. I would rather just make my own list than pay for someone else to store it for me.
Endless loop
The app is stuck. I’m in an endless loop of selecting my age and sending my link. Never get past that. No matter what else I do.
Terrible
Charged me fourty five dollars for a subscription i cancelled and i don’t even have the app anymore, smh.
Don’t use this app
I got charged after I cancelled my subscription I reported a refund so I’m hoping I get it cause this is ridiculous having to pay for something I don’t even use or have a subscription for anymore do better.
False claims
I paid for the year access as it says partners pay nothing. My partner is being asked to also pay and can’t access the app until he does. I don’t understand. I then cancelled my subscription so I have access until October next year as I paid l ready for this year. I now cannot access the app without it asking me to pay again!

AWFUL SERVICE
So i paid for the yearly subscription with my partner, but I got a new phone and it still shows I have a subscription in my phone settings but it is trying to put me back through the whole process of restarting. I can’t get back to the list I had with my partner and it doesn’t show that I have the subscription in the app. I have tried emailing them, submitting a request and have had no response. My partner can still see our list but I can’t. I just want my access back!!

Not everyone can afford to pay
I thought this would be something cute to do with my boyfriend. But I can’t even open the app without being borderline harassed to pay monthly for something that I thought would just be a fun activity to do with my boyfriend. I’m one offer away from just deleting the app.

Not good at all
I got this for me and my boyfriend and it charged me 40$ for a year subscription even though I had cancelled the subscription before the free trial ended because it was a cute app and had a good idea on having pictures with all the things you do but so over priced for what little this app has.
Scam
When you first start the app it says you get a 7 day free trial, then only 1 partner has to pay $1.67 per month to keep the app going for you both. But when you go to start your “free trial”, you both have to pay for a year subscription first! The yearly subscription is $49.99 with a 3 day free trial. The trial is 3 days not 7, and you’re both forced to pay for a year before you can even test the app. Besides, $1.67 per month for a year only adds up to $20.04…. So you’re paying more than double the advertised price, plus the partner also has to pay!

Can’t get app to work
Keeps going through login loop and doesn’t let me actually get into and use the app.

I’m not sure why but its not letting me do anything when I press skip from sharing with my partner, it keeps going back and asking the same thing over and over. What is the point of skip if it’s forcing you to share with a partner???
