Response from developer

Hi, I’m so sorry for the delay in responding — I only just saw your review and wasn't notified somehow. I’m also sorry you’ve run into this freezing issue, that must be very frustrating. Since I haven’t received similar reports, it may be related to your device or operating system. Could you please email me at m@thinkup.nl so I can help troubleshoot and get this sorted? Thanks so much for letting me know!

Excellent app

This marvellous app patiently and skilfully explains the principles of the Alexander technique and helps you to include it in your daily activities.I have had many Alexander lessons but was never able to achieve the feeling of gliding and harmony in my body that this app does.I am a practicing physiotherapist and many of my patients will find this app helpful.
I am very grateful to the author and realise the amount of hard work and dedication that has gone into this app which makes the Alexander experience available to more people.
Thank you.

Helpful

I used the app in the lead up to an audition, including in the warm up room right before going on stage. It helped me to find more calm in performance than usual, and gave me confidence not only for that particular performance but also for the performances after it.
