Sucks!
It used to hold all my courses, now they are all gone. You have to know the exact name of the course or it won’t let you access it. Please stop using this app to sell your courses!
Disappointed
I’ve downloaded this app twice on my tablet. I doesn’t work.
Crashes constantly
It’s a shame this app is so buggy, makes it almost impossible to complete my courses. Crashing every few minutes and that’s not an exaggeration. Developers- please do something about this. Doesn’t even deserve one star at this point, tbh
Poor design
The app signs me out every time. I have to search for my courses by the name of the school. I’m going to delete it as every time I’m on a course it wants to open the app. Not very well thought out for users.

I had been eagerly waiting for this but sadly the app is nearly unusable.
I was able to add my company to the app under “Settings” in my account.
I loved how simple the app was since our students almost always do not know English well.
Thank you Thinkific Team for, what I’m sure, was a lot of work on your end to build this.
However students are still not able to
1. take quizzes in the app (big problem)
2. the videos often do not work and just spiral endlessly (bigger problem)
3. your auto archiving of videos means student have to wait for videos to unarchive (before they spiral endlessly)
I don’t recommend the app to any student sadly. The app is unusable and I don’t know why it’s still being pushed to us as if it works. :/

Stay Awag
I created a course on behalf of my former employer and made the mistake of giving Thinkific my social security number. As a platform for hosting classes, Thinkific is okay, but their support is appalling. There is literally no way to contact them unless you’re currently paying them. I needed to get statements for my taxes from them, and I reached out to them on LinkedIn…nothing. I asked HR at my old company, since they still had a login, and they weren’t able to get anything either.

How do I sign up to be a member? App only has a sign IN screen.
Glitchy!
This app stinks on my iPhone and iPad. You cannot download files unless you are on a desktop browser. The words to go for or back lectures are missing or sometimes covered in a white block. Then it glitches where you can’t see anything at all on the app. It’s so frustrating. I’m constantly having to exit the app and try again. I have done lots of different courses using different apps, and this one is by far the worst.

It crashes every second
You can’t access the course content cos it keeps crashing when you click on it.
Sucks
Keeps cutting off. Reported it to developer. They could care less. They won’t fix it.
Garbage App
I hate this app so much. I gave it one star only because I am required to give at least one star. Once again, I cannot log into my classes. This happens constantly. Going forward, I am going to contact any class I am considering and I am going to find out if they use this app for their content. If they do, I will not purchase the class. Thinkific exists to make it impossible to actually take the classes I have purchased.

Totally useless
I am registered in a course through the website. That’s fine. However, the app doesn’t recognize the course, even when I’m on the website and click the “open in thinkific app”. It just takes me to “this screen doesn’t exist.” Useless.

Trying to study for a degree on this app when you constantly get signed out then are unable to sign back in… it’s actually shocking
