App down AGAIN
Sell it back to TD Ameritrade. We literally NEVER had issues with them.
That app freeze
The app sometimes show me that I’m making money once I close the contract. Then I’m on the negative
Finally they upgraded
Finally Schwab made this app usable on iPad, like this update. I can do most of trading on my iPad now, great job Schwab.
It can improve
Many times it hangs, they have to check that for those who make options we depend a lot on the speed of closing and opening an operation
Shut down the release notes notification
The constant notification in the form of unread messages for release notes is super annoying and needs to shut down asap. It’s showing as unread message every single time I open the app even when the last release date was July 20th. Even talked to customer service for this.
Not compatible anymore
Latest update not compatible with older iPads iOS 17.
Usually great, but currently screwed up
Tech issues: when viewing chart for ticker A, shows open position of ticker B. This is totally unacceptable.
Good, But Could Be GREAT
If anyone from Schwab reads these reviews, please take a look at tastytrade’s app. Your app is good and I use it all the time. But I’m always wishing you had more features as the tastytrade app when it comes to options trading. If you could focus on streamlining the options trading features I would delete my tastytrade app and never look back.

Schwab and their apps.
The old Schwab App is currently being butchered by “developers”, probably for the greater good. So I thought I’d try this App …. That is until I checked the non-bot reviews. I’m not surprised. Hint - nobody pays for bots to give negative reviews.
Sometimes no updates are the best updates
You broke the chart screen pretty badly. I can see my previous chart symbol open positions as owned when I click a different symbol. Why would you provide updates when nobody asks for those updates this is why the software industry needs. People need to fire everybody no need for software people to just keep putting updates just because you have a job

Keeps lagging
An update may be due. App keeps lagging and won’t load. keeps showing blank screen. cant fill orders
Will not let me sign in through app
App suddenly will not connect, but I can connect on desktop. Very frustrating!!!

The last 4 months have been horrible. Quotes lagging with what is being displayed on the chart. The app will literally freeze 15-20 while I’m in an options position ridiculous. Orders are getting delayed from being filled. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP
Drawings don’t show up
If I draw lines on my computer, the don’t show up on my phone. And vice versa. This is on Apple devices. Huge hassle.

Forced mandatory updates
Think or swim have a bad habit of forced mandatory updates that will make your older iPhone and iPad not compatible. They should have an option where you can update to the latest compatible version instead of not being compatible at all and now you have to buy new devices. Or maybe that’s the point maybe they have some type of agreement with Apple I’m not sure but it’s not right.
