Japan Rule
I can’t sign up to this app due to its anti-US rhetoric in its terms of use and policies. It simply states that where theres nuance, Japan rule overrides it, that doesn’t work in the US since if you sell to the country, you are required to follow their rules of engagement. And I won’t accept “we really didn’t mean that… You misunderstood” which is the usual go-to responses. They are also called “Thinkspace” yet have put full stop on any kind of content that might hurt someone’s feelings that might be in some of the research. I have a hard time with this since my research is often challenging. I wouldn’t want my documents deleted or taken down just bc someone from Japan reads it out of context. I had high hopes.

Shady terms of service
‘’By using our products, you give the Provider's permission to do certain things with your data’’ I will not be using this app for this alone, but the list goes on! I’ll stick with qrayon’s apps for better privacy.
