Run 30

Your first steps to becoming a runner!

User reviews

Would be good if timer and audio cues worked

When I first downloaded this app I had no problems with it and happily followed the programme. I’m no repeating the programme and no matter what I try, I cannot get the timer to stay counting down when my phone screen goes off (the timer stops so it’s useless). Plus audio cues don’t come on so I don’t know when the end of each interval is (even when not listening to music)

Looks great but sound isn’t working

Hi please help! I just discovered this app and it looks like just the ticket to get me running again. But after installing it the sound didn’t work. I uninstalled it and tried again but the same issue persisted. Please can you help?
This is more of a reporting feedback than a review per se.

We can be runners!

I think that running is the fastest, easiest, cheapest, most convenient and healthiest way to improve cardiovascular fitness. And burn calories. And to just get outside and get 30 minutes to myself.
But when I’ve been slack for months on end it’s painful to build my fitness up. To go from not being able to run for even a minute to being able to run for half an hour, is TOUGH so I make up excuses and procrastinate starting.
Thats where I’ve found this app is amazing.
It cheers you on, and with the timers and Mel’s positive talk and instructions it takes away any thinking, so you just plod along doing what she tells you, and before you know it you are getting fitter and looking forward to the next time. Honest!
I 100% recommend TMR and I have personally got half a dozen friends to download the app and we are doing it together. Apart, but together. It’s fun to check in and it’s helping so many of us!
It’s true that with TMR it’s ‘my time’ and I love it, thank you so much.

A great way for new runners to build confidence

Narrated by founder Mel Bound, this app is a great partner for the novice runner. Manageable sessions that quickly build confidence and stamina, I particularly like that I can play my own music (or have no music at all), accompanied my Mel’s coaching. Highly recommended
