I came to TNM to change my relationship with alcohol, but what is miraculously happening is a change in my beliefs about myself. Experiencing subtle shifts in mindset is making life more joyful and giving me hope! While I used the app & read the books, the coaching is helping me get to the next level of reworking my brain.

No refunds
This was not what I expected it to be. Be careful purchasing unless you are 100% sure. I emailed within 5 minutes of purchase and was told no refunds. I should have read the fine print that I agreed too. Well I didn’t know what it was all about yet! I suggest not purchasing and find something more clear.

Why so difficult
I have had this app for years, but I haven't used it much. When I returned, my login didn’t work, so I had to try setting up a new account with a different email. My membership has been pending approval for days. It's surprising that an app designed to help people in difficult situations can be so unaccommodating.

Very inspirational
There’s lots of information: Annie herself is very well informed & the podcast with the coaches are so brutally honest. you can see what it means to Annie as sometimes her eyes do well up.
The sense of community spirit is great. There’s no judgment- I feel I’ve found my people. Sometimes I’m busy or a bit stressed but I try to do a daily check in. It really is the correct way to go.

This has been a much needed journey, I am so grateful to have found TNM. Everyday is a new opportunity to be curious and make alcohol small. I highly recommend this journey .

User friendly
This app surprised me in that it is easy to use and navigate. It took some time to figure it out, but for the most part I have done so without too much trouble. The only problem I have run into so far has been when someone posts a photo in the feed, then I am unable to read their written post underneath because when I click on it I only see the photo. But I am thrilled to pieces that I found this app, this beautiful resource to connect with like minds. I also discovered later that TAE was in here and that I could follow it day to day. It’s really miraculous that this exists, that it’s free,
and that it is helping so many people world over.

The Naked Mind is the first support app that i found when I started on my path to sobriety. And it game me so many reasons to look me further!
