This app sucks
I think for such a high quality supplement company, it is so weird they don’t have a good app. It sucks because they don’t think about it like this: people usually buy more products if they experience buying with a phone it’s easier.
Doesn’t Stay Logged In
Always logs you out, seems to not remember username/PW so I have to manually enter every time, and the UI/UX experience is awful. Stick to desktop and don’t waste your time.
Bad
Great products but useless app, nothing but spinning wheels.
Can’t update credit card Info
After updating cc info, I click SAVE & get the spinning wheel of death so I can’t buy anything. It won’t let me update the cc info. 😞
Not Great
Really the only thing this app is good for is viewing your order items and what you paid for them. You won’t stay logged in, which I find personally irritating to have to log in each time I open the app. You cannot view tracking information, which defeats the purpose of having the app. The categories say that there are a number of items targeted to that category, yet when you click on the category sometimes there is no products to view. Overall, this app needs a lot of work, so to save yourself time, just use the website.
