Product is great. App is terrible
The app is as is it was built in the early 2000s. It’s slow like super slow. I can’t even add half of the items I want to purchase onto my cart. I’ve tried using this app several times and it’s frustrating every time. Not sure what the point in keeping the app if it’s going to be like this either decommission the app or make it better.

Needs work
Tried to see descriptions on some items. It just said “ loading” and never populated. Some worked, some did not. Had to order from the website.
Has Potential
I really prefer using apps rather than web browsers, but it seems that’s not an option for me with Thorne. The app is constantly crashing and signing me out.
This app sucks
I think for such a high quality supplement company, it is so weird they don’t have a good app. It sucks because they don’t think about it like this: people usually buy more products if they experience buying with a phone it’s easier.
Doesn’t Stay Logged In
Always logs you out, seems to not remember username/PW so I have to manually enter every time, and the UI/UX experience is awful. Stick to desktop and don’t waste your time.
