This app sucks
I think for such a high quality supplement company, it is so weird they don’t have a good app. It sucks because they don’t think about it like this: people usually buy more products if they experience buying with a phone it’s easier.
Doesn’t Stay Logged In
Always logs you out, seems to not remember username/PW so I have to manually enter every time, and the UI/UX experience is awful. Stick to desktop and don’t waste your time.

Great products but useless app, nothing but spinning wheels.
Can’t update credit card Info
After updating cc info, I click SAVE & get the spinning wheel of death so I can’t buy anything. It won’t let me update the cc info. 😞
Not Great
Really the only thing this app is good for is viewing your order items and what you paid for them. You won’t stay logged in, which I find personally irritating to have to log in each time I open the app. You cannot view tracking information, which defeats the purpose of having the app. The categories say that there are a number of items targeted to that category, yet when you click on the category sometimes there is no products to view. Overall, this app needs a lot of work, so to save yourself time, just use the website.

Cannot Create an Account
Cannot create an account once all the fields are populated and the create account button is tapped nothing happens. Business that hold high standards should make sure overall everything about the business is %100 functional.
Doesn’t work. Ever.
I wanted the app to work because their website is also difficult to work, but you can’t see anything on the app. If you try to move from the opening page you just get a giant loading pop up that goes on forever. Every time.
Doesn’t Run Properly
It’s a struggle to log in and to pretty much do anything in the app. It’s always “loading.”
App only works once.
Every month I have to delete and reinstall my app. I can order stuff and access all my past information make an order... go back a few days later and the app is nothing but spinning wheels and blank pages. Click on cart and get a blank screen. Delete, reinstall, sign in and it works fine.... until next time. Rinse and repeat.

Love the Products But Not the App 😕
I try to use the app to manage my account and look up products. Unfortunately, it either doesn’t work or it takes forever for it to load any information.
Good app
The app seems fine, I have had no issues with it since downloading and am able to maintain my favorite items that I can just add to my cart when I am ready to purchase them. Two features that the app REALLY needs is the ability to stay logged in, and to be able to press the back button after looking at a product in the shop and not be returned to the shop Home Screen. Browsing by category and being able to return to all of the products in that category would be phenomenal.

App doesn’t work at all. Can’t create an account or order products. Don’t bother.
Cannot manage subscriptions
The primary reason to have the app would be to quickly change shipping dates, skip a shipping cycle, etc. This functionality does not exist in this app, making it basically useless.

General Server Error
This app has still not been update or addressed for previous issues. It’s a shame because it would so convenient to maintain my subscriptions on the go rather than having to manage from a desktop.

My #1 reason for needing to visit Thorne is to edit the delivery date on my subscriptions. This app does not solve that problem. Cannot even view upcoming shipment dates.

Bad credentials
Can’t get app to works. If it doesn’t work, remove it from the App Store!
