Not working
You can either write the smallest birthday message in the known universe or you can upload your own hand written message oh but you cant! Because its not bloody working! But you can still pay extortionate royal mail postage to get it there on time!
Great Card Selection - Extortionate Delivery Charges
I’ve ordered many cards from thortful as they are very different from other suppliers & the recipients have commented on how good they are. The prices of the cards are fairly ok, perhaps a bit higher than one would expect but, it’s the extortionate delivery charges that annoy me. My last order, all delivered to the same address was nearly £8! How on earth can they justify that for a light weight item? They have great discount codes on offer but the delivery charges completely send the total back the original price!

Flowers always lovely
I orders fliers and a card and for some reason the delivery rack didn’t work so I couldn’t check when they delivered but after an email to customers service Lola sorted it out very quickly putting my mind at ease and the flowers were beautiful

Premium membership misleading
Advertise their XTRAthortful service as an Amazon Prime style free delivery service, but in actual fact you only get the first order delivered free after signing up, misleading!

£2.99 delivery on the top of buying 4 cards that are already overpriced is ridiculous
