Freezes right when I’m waiting for my payment. Sooo disappointed. I really liked the game

Stuck at 99% game loading

I loved the actual game. It was fun to play. However when it came time to cash out with a few of the required amounts the game would not open up. Every time I try to open the app it freezes at 99%. I really hate to think it’s a scam but it looks like it might be.
