Buggy and difficult to use
What a POC! I don’t know who wrote this app but they clearly have never used a phone! It took 15 minutes and 3 attempts to just find the reset password page. The app frequently claims it cannot perform a function “at this time” and asks you to try later. It’s functional but barely. OPM you should be able to do better.

Impossible to figure out how to find information.
Useless for iPhone
iPhone users beware. This app does not work at all for the latest versions of iOS. TSP says it is an Apple problem, aren’t interested in finding a solution, and will just direct you to Apple tech support who says it is an app design problem.
App not loading
What’s with this all lately? Every time I try to open it and look at the investments, it won’t load. I have to delete the app and reinstall. Fix your bugs!
So much worse than older edition
Cannot intuitively find anything. You have to go to a different site to make changes or look at returns. Changing beneficiaries is a nightmare and there is no option for “forms” it’s line being on a safari to find anything. Good thing they actually have reps that answer the phone

Love how I am have a visual representation whenever I want. Helps me to keep an eye on my investment funds on the fly.

Easy process
I am able to check and mobile my TSP faster than I was on the computers. The face recognition makes logging in a simple process.

App will not load. Only shows white screen with gray thumbnails. Deleted it and reinstalled it and still not working.

Has not worked for several months. When I try to open the app the Face ID does its thing then the screen stays white.
Won’t open
After this last update my app won’t open at all.
Hard to find what you need
Couldn’t get the right mix without contacting personal help.
Solid app
The TSP app is easy to navigate, clean, and straightforward. I appreciate being able to quickly check my account balance, performance, contributions, and retirement information all in one place. The layout is user-friendly and makes managing my retirement savings much simpler. Overall, it’s a solid and convenient tool for staying on top of my TSP account.

The app will not open
I have not had this app work for me all of this year. I have deleted it and reinstalled it a dozen times. I have put in a trouble ticket with TSP and it has been open for four months. I have received no callbacks or any progress reports or resolution. I have done everything. They have asked me to do however, the app will not open on my iPhone 15. My iOS is up-to-date. My Cash is cleared, and I have the latest version of TSP. However, it continues not to open. And they refuse to give me an update on my travel ticket.
