Easy to view balance
I love the mobile app and check my balance often. The website is easy to navigate. Last year I started contributing to a TSP Roth and it's easy to see the different account balances.

Mediocre at best
It’s low end mediocre. Could be much better. Have more updated info/metrics. And predictive metrics. And advanced advice. This app seems really dumbed down. I would like to see it less dumbed down.
Easy, Easy, Easy
This app has progressed significantly. I can quickly log in, maintain my details, and immediately access my TSP account balance. Navigation is straightforward. I appreciate the large font and the clearly labeled tabs at the bottom. There's a lot to explore, and it’s designed to be very easy to use. Well implemented.
