When you enter your information and start an account, it states that you will have a “free 3 day trial.” I downloaded the app today and they processed my payment for the subscription prior to my three days ending.
Why the info
Why is it asking me if I’m a female or male and asking me my age?
Good potential but too slow
I initially liked the app but the more I used it the slower it seemed to get. The comparables weren’t even the right items. Trying to use for thrifting quickly became impossible as it took too long to evaluate an item. The app also ended up causing my battery life to be used up faster due to the high processing needs.
I’m disappointed this didn’t work for me. Great idea but poor execution.

charges way too much
i canceled my subscription and everything and i still got charged 70 dollars for the year but i ended it before my free day trial was gone i do suggest if your willing to pay that much

Waste of time
If you’re willing to pay the annual subscription before trying this app, it might be decent but it makes you go through a five minute survey only to make you sign up for a subscription before even trying it. If it was that great, I’m thinking they would let you try it first at least a few times before subscribing. I’d also be fine with paying for a subscription if I knew that ahead of time but what I hate is wasting five minutes taking a survey only to realize I’m not even able to try the app without paying for it. Minus 3 stars for wasting my time.

Way too slow to be useable in field
Good idea and results on my small test are ok. To scan multiple items its another fee. Its another fee for anything that makes the app more practical.
Update- just ID’ed a $75 hand bag as a $275 item. I even had the real logo. Not good

I cannot access my subscription. It is not on my phone in subscriptions so I could not cancel… I did not like using this app from day one and tried to cancel, but there was no way to do it! I was charged and I don’t know how you did that… I sent an email and it did not bounce back, but you have not responded so you make me feel like this is a scam! Please honor your subscribers! Please respond!
