Stole my money
Well, it looks like the company is giving me a refund, but be aware that you have to go outside of Apple to their company to get a refund.
Beware, I did a three day free trial on the premium edition and they charged me after two days. And then because the charge wasn’t a subscription on Apple itself I can’t get a refund.
I wish the app was at least good enough to make me feel better, but I have comparing for several hours to what eBay said for sellers, this was not an accurate. So the whole thing has completely sucked. I want my money back. It was $40. I also got charged the five dollar weekly payment a day early.

Accurate pricing

SO MANY FLAWS, NOT WORTH THE MONEY
First, the app is wrong sometimes and will undervalue items by a lot. Second, the “Expert” chat will not remember things you tell it, and will continuously ask you to give info you already gave it directly in the chat box. It doesn’t have any “memory” to remember or access anything you tell it, even if you just gave it the info it wants a step or two before. It’s painful. I don’t trust the app now, and doesn’t work for much besides clothes, books and home decor. It says it works for Antiques, but definitely not jewelry. Not sure about modern jewelry but it doesn’t have scan option for it. I still have to know something about the item category at least to be able to tell if the app is right or screwing you. You still have to do separate research, so as a paid app for this kind of money I don’t think it’s worth it. It kind of feels like a beta version right now, as of August 2026.

Accidentally renewed the annual subscription and would not refund me.

They charge you even if you cancel the free trial. Scam artist. Tried to get a refund they won’t even respond. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP. I’ll be reviewing elsewhere so people know !!
SCAM
I canceled this subscription and it still charged me! When i went to contact them, it said they will ignore subscription/refund emails.
Horrible
The app compares provided pictures to items that are nothing like what was provided. FYI, even if you try to cancel the day they charge you, you cannot contact anyone to get a refund. A total waste of money.
Just Ok
It's just okay. It sometimes takes over your shipping in a way that's bothersome. It usually gets most things right but on a first edition I was selling of a book it didn't recognize that. It wouldn't assign a value to it although it was a unique item. It has its limitations but otherwise it does pretty much what you would expect although with a little research you probably would be fine without it

Will trick you to pay more!!! DON'T Bother
I've never write reviews on apps I installed but this one. I saw an ad about the app, installed it. Tried to for couple days(free trial) before it expires I cancelled it BUT they offered me $19.99 for yearly subscription (I know what I've read) so I took and subscribed. Then days later I got notified, guess what I'm paying $39.99 I was so shocked! I have no idea that's how they steal money from people. The good thing is my debit card don't have enough balance to cover it (I don't put money in it for security reason and this was the number one reason) so it was declined 4 times! "DON'T BOTHER INSTALLING THIS APP". It's not even great. You'll thank me later.

I download the app and it wasn’t for me so I canceled my three day trial the same day! I was still charged!
Does not work!
I wanted to try an app to look up some older items worth. I got roped into a subscription to try it out. That should never be the case. You should have at least 1 day to test it. I requested a refund. Beware of this app!

I love it, but it could make some improvements
I love that I can do two photos where a lot of apps only have you do one. That means I can take a picture of the item and then take a picture of a mark specifically or signature. Or simply get the top in the bottom.
I think it gives a more realistic viewpoint of pricing most of the time. I always triangulate via a few apps. I also like that I can mark what I paid for it if I chose to purchase the item. And I can look back on that. Especially since some of the items I purchased will be going into the store that I’m opening.
However, there is a lack of recognition of artists and brands. Google lens will pick up that it’s a specific brand or artist curio also will acknowledge and know an important maker whereas this app seems to be missing that information. I hope this helps. I still recommend it to people.

SCAM!!
I’d give it ZERO stars if I could. I paid the annual subscription fee and ever since then, the app won’t open. It freezes on the opening screen. If you want to pay again, magically it can move off that screen, but if you simply want to access the app you’ve paid for, it goes nowhere. What a waste of money. Do NOT pay for this app!
