Waste of time
I can’t even open an account, let alone open the app. Why do you even have the app and supposedly update it but not bother to see if it works?
Doesn’t work
Created an account but it won’t let me login. I get a login failed message. Been trying for over a month now and still the same thing.

This app does not work. I had the old app, which worked okay at times, but have not been able to access anything lately. I downloaded the new app and was not able to log in with my old credentials so set up a new account. When attempting to access my meds I get an error message that says I used a wrong phone number when a phone number was not requested. It asked for a store number and prescription number. I am not able to access anything through the app.

Completely Useless
It’s 2024 and I’m pretty sure the technology exists to tell me when my refill is ready to be picked up through an app.
Simply doesn’t work
Trying to register an account always fails with no explanation, and no one seems to know how the app works or can be made to work.

The app doesn’t work. You cannot connect your account so it’s useless. How is it in these times and a simple app is an afterthought?! Odd.
Can’t verify
Can’t verify my account and so I can’t access any of my med info or refill any prescriptions. Keeps telling me to recheck my cell number, It’s correct. This app is completely useless.

Great pharmacy, useless app.
Switching from CVS to Thrifty White was awesome, great people, however this app is useless, all I get is fail. They cannot help! I wonder if they even read the reviews, This is 2024 people, fix it!!
Junky app
Like others, I have been fed up with the long lines and constant stock issues at the big pharmacies so I switched to Thrifty White. This app is completely broken though. You can create an account but good luck logging in when you do. It’s 2023. Either delete the app from the store or fix it!!

App is very out dated. My pharmacy has a 4 digit number, and it will not let you search for pharmacy.
You can even see if you have a prescription that was sent in by doctor.

Janky before, unusable now
Let me start by saying I never leave reviews, not even for really bad apps. So, me leaving something says this is stupidly bad.
The old version of the app was pretty janky, and looked like something a college student would turn in for a project, but it was FUNCTIONAL. I was able to log in, easily order my refills, and be on my way.
With this last update, logging is impossible, and refilling by RX? I do it and have no idea if it goes through until I go to the pharmacy three days later.
Developers should roll it back to the functional version while they fix the new, “pretty” version. Usability trumps fancy graphics any day.

Doesn’t work
Completely nonfunctional app. Have tried deleting and re-installing. Unable to refill Rx, unable to search locations, doesn’t generate a list of current prescriptions and fill dates, no notification when prescriptions are ready. Worthless.
Not a good app.
Really a useless app. Has scripts but can’t refill nor does it tell me when last time it was filled.
Go to another pharmacy.
Totally useless: can't see prectiotions, can't add new, can't refill. Won't open most days. Switching pharmacies because of it.
