Deceptive Promotion
Thrillzz offered a 100% deposit match as a new user promotion. I deposited $100 to get my $100 match, and everything seemed normal. However, upon attempting to withdraw, I was informed that I needed a minimum of $500 to be able to redeem! This is 10x greater than the $50 minimum typically needed to withdraw for users who did not use the promo. Steer clear of Thrillzz.

I won $1,850 off a bet that they allow to be placed, they took all of that money back and canceled them and returned me money making it back to $100 that was originally made. They take your money and I could never withdraw any money horrible app , such a scam I also emailed them about a problem and they don’t answer.

I will never use Thrillzz EVER again
During the World Cup, they offered goal-scorer odds around +1000 on players who are known for consistently scoring. I placed my bets, won roughly $1,700, and the bets were initially settled as winners. Then, after the fact, Thrillz reversed the wagers, claimed the odds were incorrect, refunded my original stake, and took back all of my winnings. What bothers me is that their mistake somehow became my problem. If I had lost those bets, would they have gone back and refunded me because the odds were wrong? I highly doubt it. The bets were accepted, the event was played, and the wagers were settled. Taking away winnings after the fact feels unfair and destroys any trust I had in the platform. I understand sportsbooks have rules regarding pricing errors, but from a customer’s perspective, it’s frustrating to have a winning ticket taken away because of a mistake that wasn’t mine. I won’t be using this app again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

They claim to only need $50 worth of tickets to redeem but it jumped to $500 and wont let me redeem my winnings. Theres no customer service. The reviews that are good have to be botted.
