Why are costs hidden
It looks like it has promise, but I have scoured the website looking for a cost schedule and nothing. If you won’t publish costs, it’s too expensive.

Slow/login issues
I’m trying to use this but it is insanely slow and it’s logging me out every other day. If I should know what my username is, I don’t and I don’t see a way to retrieve it.

Cannot sign in
Just added this app, but did not get a registration page. To open the app, the screen requires a login and password. Because it never asked me to register, I do not have a password. Tried to get one through support page with no luck.
