ThumbsUp Dashboard is the native manager application for the ThumbsUp customer-feedback platform. It gives authorized business managers a clear view of service feedback across their organization. Use ThumbsUp Dashboard to: • View 30-day response totals, average scores, and feedback distribution • Review recent customer feedback • Monitor assigned feedback devices and their status • View employees and authorized managers • Identify devices, employees, and time periods that need attention • Sign in securely with an organization account, Google, or Apple • Manage privacy links, sign out, and request account deletion Built for physical businesses ThumbsUp supports retailers, restaurants, cafés, hospitality businesses, banks, clinics, service centers, and other customer-facing organizations. Customers give quick feedback using a ThumbsUp feedback device, and authorized managers review the resulting operational insights in this app. Private organization access A valid ThumbsUp business manager account is required. Accounts are provisioned by participating organizations; the app does not sell subscriptions or digital content. Privacy-focused The dashboard exposes only data allowed by the signed-in manager’s organization and role. Secure native authentication is used, and account deletion is available directly under Account.
