Recent changes make app hard to use
Thumbtack used to be awesome. I could create a project to meet a need and send it to as many pros as I needed. I could search for pros and review profiles or search by need without having to create a project first. But now I have to go through their AI that picks pros for me and if I don’t go with its selection I can only send to a limited number of pros. I can’t search by pro anymore. I can’t search by need without creating a project. They made it much harder and more frustrating to use. I’ll just go back to searching online the old fashioned way.
