The app is not very helpful since it requires booking a test through the WA bot or call option. What's the point of using the app if it just wastes time? The company should enhance the app and ensure that bookings can be done within the app. Otherwise, having to go through the WA bot and chat with an agent is quite chaotic.

App doesn’t work
User should be able to book directly from app but none of the options work
App will have information no booking option online
There is no point to have an APP, it just puts a request or have some customer rep call, useless app.

I really wanted to write a long review about all of the issues i have faced only with applications interface.
What a rubbish they have made , their CEO preaching about all the things and can’t see their own company applications.
Keeps logging out every time you close the app.
No bar , Tab or option for cancellation
No option for payment, you have to wait for them to send a mail on your email id.
Very poor and immature application experience.
Simply pathetic !

Very bad App with multiple bugs
1. Wallet money cannot be used while making payment for the balance amount
2. While payment gets stuck, dummy order gets created if you try to press payment button multiple times, this creates huge confusion
3. Scheduled order cannot be rescheduled
4. Poor search ability of tests
