The app is not very helpful since it requires booking a test through the WA bot or call option. What's the point of using the app if it just wastes time? The company should enhance the app and ensure that bookings can be done within the app. Otherwise, having to go through the WA bot and chat with an agent is quite chaotic.

User should be able to book directly from app but none of the options work

I really wanted to write a long review about all of the issues i have faced only with applications interface.
What a rubbish they have made , their CEO preaching about all the things and can’t see their own company applications.
Keeps logging out every time you close the app.
No bar , Tab or option for cancellation
No option for payment, you have to wait for them to send a mail on your email id.
Very poor and immature application experience.
Simply pathetic !

Very bad App with multiple bugs
1. Wallet money cannot be used while making payment for the balance amount
2. While payment gets stuck, dummy order gets created if you try to press payment button multiple times, this creates huge confusion
3. Scheduled order cannot be rescheduled
4. Poor search ability of tests

Worst experience at register level itself, I didn’t expected this app is horrible, need to work around UI/UX and front end. I can not even register myself into the app.
Third grade all
This application has been designed by some school student no basic sanity check, you can’t even register your account. On the address section there is no option to enter character only numbers are allow how would someone type apartment or street address. The state field doesn’t even populate anything same goes for all the field there is a GPS selection option however if you click on that it doesn’t populate anything even if you type the location name. What a pathetic experience bogus app not recommend at all

You add mobile and Otp and then it’s asks to register. You fill the entire form but register button remains disabled.

Slow process in giving report
Those test take 6-5 for report they take 24-48 hours for reports. If you want report one day, don’t prefer this lab. They are not capable to provide reports in one day.

Horrible service, they booked an appointment twice and canceled on the last moment. Then did even reply on the complaint Line.

I tried to signup using the app as it seems the only way to. App is not allowing me to enter address and it is unable to fetch my address so couldn’t register, worst experience with app
Spamed me with Never Ending WhatsApp Messages
It transfers every query to WhatsApp. And after availing the services they spammed me with never ending WhatsApp messages and email that I finally had to block them to stop them spams.

Appointment booked 1 week before and it was assigned to a technician.

Nobody will give you 1 star also. Your team make so many calls, send messages & emails for booking confirmation and then in night you cancel the booking because you have no staff and has no customer value. Pathetic service. This has happened twice. Why do you confirm the bolking multiple times if you dont have staff. Dont promise which you cant deliver. Very poor and disappointing service

Compare reports doesn’t work
The app is only useful for buying the products. Their service is good as well. But their compare parameters needs a lot of work as it doesn’t work at all.

Thyrocare team needs to improve their App experience as it is not as good as your competitors. Issues wrt login, app crashes are faced every time while booking tests. Overall not a good experience.
