Cannot configure cc3200 with app

I’ve just bought a cc3200 but it’s essentially a brick as I can’t connect the tag via the app. All I see is an unknown Bluetooth device. Following the instructions to connect via WiFi does nothing and no device is recognised under WiFi devices in the app even though my phone is connected to the tag WiFi.

What do I do now?

Links within app no longer available

App contains links to a wiki, which is no longer available. Info which was available not so long ago (such as the full gatt table for a sensor ) seems to have been removed?

I bought a sensor device recommended in a Lynda.com tutorial (on Bluetooth using iOS). This app is used with the device but is not very helpful.

What happed to rssi

I can see rssi but rssi does not appear on ibm QuickStart dashboard. How can I get this published.

Older Sensor Tags now work with iOS 11.2.6

The app seemed not to recognize the older Sensor Tags. However with 11.2.6, this issue disappeared. When clicking on the Step by Step guide for WiFi configuration, the app still crashes.

Disappointed

Version 5.0 still crashes on sensor-view with OS 9.3.5 please fix or allow 4.8 to be held available.
