The only way is to change your credit card

I’ve purchased the premium tibo and disappointed with it! The quality is so bad and no digitalb channels! And the channels only showing on half screen ! Never again !

Recently quality got worse
It used to work very well, but last month channels load and play for 10seconds then buffers continuously.
Streaming is getting worse on mobile app
It used to be fine until a month ago, but now the streaming is getting worse. Certain channels won’t even play for more than 5 seconds and then crash on loading. Certain other channels can never be played, and I don’t even understand why they are on the list if there’s always an error and the channel cannot be played. This has nothing to do with the current issue but has always been there and the support has been useless in troubleshooting or explaining what is happening. I am giving them 3 stars because the diversity of the content that they try to bring but very often their apps fail to do so.

The new interface sucks!
I’m not sure what the developer was thinking about but, the new interface really it’s not very well thought out. It is so busy and all over the place, it doesn’t make any sense to me. This is my personal belief but someone else may find it more modern.
Channels missing
Why are the Greek channels missing from the “nderkombetare” e.g Ant1, SKAI, Star, Alpha etc? Can you please add the as soon as please?

The last update has made the app unusable.
The video is only a square half of the screen on my iPad mini 4 and the channel icons are not visible. Can this update be reverted please. Can someone look at this ASAP.
Great Service
You get so many movies and some great channels. I can watch almost any current football match without having to pay desperate for other leagues. A good amount of the available movies are dubbed in Albanian or are in a slightly lower quality, but they tend to have all of the most recent movies.
