Lagging
Too slow and too much lagging app not opening from morning can’t see my trades
Horrible app. Broken functionality, frequent crashes, not in sync with desktop/web
Can’t add funds in app or web. Not in sync with web. Web says dormant account but can’t fix it there because after uploading signature, it just goes to the profile page, nothing to do. But no option to fix it here also.

This app is some times not working in I phone 11 mobile many times I have raised complaint against the app with the reliance Securites. No action was taken it is very worst experience with this app ,I would request to reliance Securitys team to update the app with all mobile comfortability.
Worst experience
I have been using this app for last so many years . Since last 2 years it has been posing too much problems. Sometimes it doesn’t show portfolio, at times can’t login, gets hanged . Now new bug , account gets blocked and even after setting the password, crashing and re downloading the app for 8-10 times today could not log in .
Hopeless .

One of the worst & slowest application
This is one the worst and slowest mobile application for stock business/ trading. Inspite having good WiFi signal, its “circle” rotating continuously and get often gets hanged. Often, I missed the opportunity to trade at right prices due its such poor server. Another limitation is , it doesn’t allow two log ins simultaneously on two mobiles. So, sitting at remote places my son and me are unable to operate the Sysyem. No effective actions are taken , so even one star is also more than it’s worthiness.

Useless app and careless app makers
This app doesn’t work on Apple phones. I tried in iPhone 7. iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 Pro. As soon you login to your account. It crashes. Gave feed back to Relaince smart money teams many times. But as usual they are helpless and doesn’t care much about their customers.
Login Issues
Using this app for more than 5 years but still every time I login the app shows incorrect password/ user blocked, after unblocking account also same error appears. This app doesn’t match the quality and in depth details that other market leader brokers are providing.

Unable to logon with correct credentials
With recent update i am unable to access. Tried unistalling and installing several times, till same issue
Many a times, unable to log-in
There are many instances when I am not able to open the app. Though I am able to login after retrying next day or after some time; but not when I want.
Poor back end support
The app keeps crashing and either asks new password every time I try login even after few minutes or just freezes on login page. Using on iPhone 14, ios 16.4.1(a). See if you guys can resolve this issue. Right now the app is unusable for me.
Good app but stuck
It has nice view and dashboard but most of the times it gets stuck and won’t login easily.

Since last 15-20 days, app has been very pathetic as it doesn’t open after putting id and password and no message pop up. Just nothing. Worst app ever seen, so planning to switch zerodha which has better interface and technology.

Does not work at all
This app takes forever to load and sometime not even load and just displays ‘check your internet connection’ despite having the best internet connection. Even if you are able to login somehow, it just freezes on every screen but the biggest challenge is just to login to the application. Do not understand how in 2023 can an application have issues with the login button. Very very unprofessional.

Application to cheat people
This app will not let you login on time. Very slow. Full of bugs. Sometimes order is punched twice. Customer care is full of buffoons .
