Whenever an app prompts me to rate them before I even get to try the app I give one star until they prove me wrong. The app said free on their advertising but you can’t use it without spending 40 something dollars. I also will never pay for an app that I can’t try out first. Looks like a scam.

No free AND does not work

It says free but they charge you for a year, it says cancel anytime - yes cancel but without a refund.

If the tick is ON top of the fur where you can see with your naked eyes, the app also finds. If it’s within the fur, the app is useless.

No wonder they force you to pay because if you got to test first you won’t buy. Such a scam!!!

Garbage

Complete garbage. Will scan a tick for you and tell you what it is but you could get that for free on AI as far as finding text. It does not work at all.

Crash

Can’t get anything going as soon as I select the scan function it crashes.

No Good

I installed it even got the free trial but as soon as I went to scan it closed. Uninstalled and reinstalled same issue . Too bad seemed nice to tey but it’s not working

Waste of Time

Apparently, all this app does is identify what kind of tick you find on your dog. It doesn't help you locate a tick, except for telling you the area is that you're most likely to find them on your pets. No real instructions included.

Misleading subscription and useless app

I was misled by the subscription. The app makes it look like you are buying a weekly subscription, when it’s actually a year subscription for 49$. And it can’t be cancelled. The app itself is absolutely useless. The only way you can find a tick on a pet using this app is if it has no fur. It’s just a camera with saturation. Not worth the money

Useless

I just signed up like 5 minutes ago. I took a picture of a tick so just pulled off my dog. Took a great picture and I get an “ooops…” try again later or whatever. Plus I tried to scan my dog and I hit the scan button it goes to a screen that asks me to pick one of 3 different lighting buttons. I checked one and then want? It does NOTHING. There is no explanation? No instructions. NOTHING! I am pretty “P O’d” right now. I want my money back. Is there a contact email or number? I don’t see it.

Bait Upgrade, Don’t do it

They make it impossible for you to not sign up for the yearly cost. They know that people dealing with ticks our desperate, and will do it. The interface is so difficult to deal with. There’s three months that you can scan, but they don’t have any description so I have no clue what I needed to use. I also cannot find a customer service email so that I can request a refund which to me is very Intentional.

Do not buy it, not worth it!

Love this app

The app is very user-friendly and the tick detection is spot on. I’ve already caught a few ticks before they could cause any harm, which is the most important thing for me.
