This app sucks because it says you’ll be able to see ticks but ofc it cost 30 dollars to use it and before you even know what it supposoling dose it will bribe you to rate it and many more reasons

Seems pretty worthless to me. There’s no way your phone camera is going to find a tick…through your dogs heavy coat that’s next to the skin. I mean it’s not like your phone camera is infrared or heat detection or anything like that to be able to find a tick unless it’s on the outside of their coat….which you could easily see with your own eyes.

I have been trying to cancel this app since the day I downloaded it and all the emails I get are giving me misinformation and I cannot cancel. This is so infuriating. The app is useless. I don’t want to pay for it!

Can’t cancel, I can’t find a cancel trial or service. No help from customer service was told they don’t have direct access.

I don’t know if this app works or not, never got past the fact that you can’t try it , even once , without signing up .You can’t try and enable the free trial without disqualifying yourself from the reasonable yearly subscription cost of around $39, limiting yourself to the ridiculous rate of $5.99/wk . Seems to me that if this app was all that good , the developers would offer a couple of free scans without the penalty of an expensive subscription

Whenever an app prompts me to rate them before I even get to try the app I give one star until they prove me wrong. The app said free on their advertising but you can’t use it without spending 40 something dollars. I also will never pay for an app that I can’t try out first. Looks like a scam.

It says free but they charge you for a year, it says cancel anytime - yes cancel but without a refund.
If the tick is ON top of the fur where you can see with your naked eyes, the app also finds. If it’s within the fur, the app is useless.

Garbage
Complete garbage. Will scan a tick for you and tell you what it is but you could get that for free on AI as far as finding text. It does not work at all.
Crash
Can’t get anything going as soon as I select the scan function it crashes.
