Doesn’t work

Title says it all. Crashes frequently which in turn ends the game. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Couldn’t Find Our Game Result

It was hard to figure out how to use this app to join in the first place, because you have to keep switching back-and-forth on the main user phone between the main app and the companion app. Then, once the game was finished, it said to find the scores in the “main” app, but the game was nowhere to be found. The scores should be tallied and displayed for each player in the companion app! This is ridiculous and frustrating. We are going to go back to playing the traditional board game.

Terrible app with no support

Can’t even get through a game with my wife while sick at home. Disconnects mid round every time or never even loads. I’ve never written a review but I’ll gladly write one for this terrible app

Need to fix issue

I bought the extras for the Ticket to ride app, so my friends could all play together with the companion app. It use to work that we get to see our scores on the main app when the game is completed. Now it doesn’t show us. I think the competition is the best part of the game. Knowing the score makes it fun. Please fix it.

Used to Be Great, Now Full of Bugs

I’ve been playing Ticket to Ride Companion for years, and it used to be an amazing app before it was taken over by the current company. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill since then. There are lots of bugs — the bots often hang or stop playing, and the “couch mode” settings have to be re-entered every single time, which is extremely user-unfriendly and annoying. The game just doesn’t feel as polished or reliable as it once was. Really disappointing to see such a great classic experience deteriorate like this.

Connection issue

Have just downloaded this companion app but it won't connect with the game (on PS5) not sure if the latest update has done anything to enable this as friends have used this app within the last month and it worked fine really hope this gets sorted

not possible w/ 2 phones

not possible to play on two mobile phones as it always asks for a main 3rd screen. WHY??? useless waste of money

Ne fonctionne pas

L’hôte de la partie peut difficilement jouer sur l’application companion, la partie principale buggue lorsqu’on change d’écran et à la fin, impossible d’avoir les scores et de savoir qui a gagné ! Inutile donc
