Online gaming is flaky has not worked in 3 days
Bought the game to play my son who lives in another town. Can not do this because online gaming is flaky. Has not worked going on 3 days. Good when it works.
Don’t buy the PS4 version for PS5
Fully does not work with the local option when used with the PS5 app. So I’m stuck with a game I can’t play with my family, which is really the only reason for getting it, and I can’t seem to get a refund of that. So I’ll leave this here, maybe the app or game will update so I didn’t waste the money.

Will not connect to game on PS5. If I’m lucky one phone might connect with it but the other person that wants to play won’t. Either fix the issue or the game needs at least to be multiplayer. Such a waste of money and time.

I loved playing this on PS4 but it seems that it does not work on PS5. The game looks fine but I cannot connect any devices, it says PS4 everywhere but is there an update coming to allow PS5 playlink? Really hope so, I miss playing this with friends.
Stop this tutorial
When I first logged into the game it was fine to do the tutorial once but I keep logging in and every time I do I have to do the tutorial again and again. Can you get rid of this, I hate the tutorial now and I now don’t play the game as often because every time I log in I have to do the annoying tutorial, Other than that I really like the game it is fun and the routes are cool. Please consider getting rid of the tutorial every time you log in and whenever I play online My account gets deleted every time I log out of the game so fix that too 👍

App not connecting to PS4
App has stopped linking me to the PS4 game and now we can’t play a game we’ve paid some 40 or more dollars.

Bought the PS4 game, which is cool
For solo play. Downloaded this app to use local multiplayer functionality of the PS4 game. Will not connect, no guidance how to troubleshoot. Renders the PS4 game totally useless to us.

Don’t waste your time
This app is garbage. It worked ok the first day, but the next day we lost THREE games that were almost done to a crazy bug that causes the server to abort the game without any warning. We connected via the PS5’s wifi since our PS5 uses Ethernet. So disappointing since we were actually getting pretty into the game. I thought maybe the latest update would have helped but this is just useless. Such a bummer to be deep into several games and lose everything.

UPDATE TO 2020
App struggles with iPhone 11. A lot of the screen is cut off and makes game play difficult. An update would be appreciated.

Do NOT BUY THIS GAME
So my boyfriend and I love ticket to ride as a board game and decided to purchase it on our PlayStation, when we downloaded the app I was already very hesitant. I am a tech person myself and I know these things usually don’t work out too well (especially if the developers don’t give a crap). So the first night we played it worked so well, we loved it. Now every single time we go on to play it DOES NOT WORK- it either goes completely slow to the point we just give up, or it crashes and freezes. We have top high speed internet so that’s not the issue as well as having new updated phones. So what is the issue here ?!! You guys are charging 30-50$ for this game on the PlayStation and even more if you want to download the add ons $10-20 for those. But yet you don’t make updates or make this game playable. If you’re gonna make a game have an app why not make sure it is on top shape. Again, this game is NOT CHEAP. So it should be working perfectly. Also, I realized they have not made any updates in 10 months!!! What an atrocity! Stop charging for this game if you aren’t going to give 2 craps if people can play. And also I have an iPhone X and I agree with the other reviews- it doesn’t even fit my screen and it’s extremely complicated for me to play my cards and etc. We are going to try getting our money back and even if we don’t we are deleting this HORRILE UNPLAYABLE GAME and letting everyone we know NOT to even waste their time on this!!!

Needs Update
App always crashes no mater what city I’m playing in. Ran smoothly the first night now it’s crashes every time needs update badly
Great potential, lack of iphone Max support
Its frustrating because the game costs me money, yet is totally unplayable on my iphone Max. Game doesn’t fit on the screen. Given iphone Max has been out almost a year, there really isn’t any any acceptable excuse.
First, why isn’t Sony telling the developer to fix the issue, especially when they are generating revenue from the sale?
Why does apple keep listing unusable apps?
Why does the developer think its ok to sell their game when they know it doesn’t work... this is a digital download people, not something purchased in the secondary market.
Why do consumers have to complain over and over yet nothing is done?
First, why isn’t Sony telling the developer to fix the issue, especially when they are generating revenue from the sale?
Why does apple keep listing unusable apps?

Why do I need this garbage app just to play a single player game? This is unacceptable, and lazy on the devs. Complete waste of a great game - and the money lost now.
Over 5 months have passed - just judging by previous reviews I can see - and STILL no scaling fix for iPhone X and above users. The app is borderline unusable on these devices because of this issue. If you’re forcing me to use this app, at the very least you could make it functional.
As it stands, I would recommend nobody purchase a single thing that utilizes this technology and/or this developer.

Doesn’t Connect
I have tried a few times to play this game but have been unable to. I have reset my router and tried to connect it to my PS4 with no luck. I have tried the PS4 Direct method and no luck. I am very upset that I can’t play!
