Impressively bad app and overall way to handle tickets. It takes effort to be this bad. So frustrating. Can’t get anything done.

Same issue as the others. Can log in via a browser, but not through the app.

DON’T DOWNLOAD

It’s a waste of time you will only be able to login on the website. Your credentials will not work on app and you will keep getting error message

Can’t login on app… basically useless

Have an account set up on web browser, log in no problem. Downloaded the app and tried logging in using same credentials but get an error message saying “no database available” for my user name.
