Impressively bad app and overall way to handle tickets. It takes effort to be this bad. So frustrating. Can’t get anything done.
Doesn’t work
Same issue as the others. Can log in via a browser, but not through the app.
DON’T DOWNLOAD
It’s a waste of time you will only be able to login on the website. Your credentials will not work on app and you will keep getting error message
Can’t login on app… basically useless
Have an account set up on web browser, log in no problem. Downloaded the app and tried logging in using same credentials but get an error message saying “no database available” for my user name.

Same Issue as Previous Reviewer
I’m able to login in a browser and view my tickets. When I attempt to log into the app, using the same exact credentials, I receive an error message that my username doesn’t exist. Also, the app is ugly and looks as if it were cheaply cobbled together.
Should have read the reviews first
Same issue as everyone else. Read the rest. Not worth repeating. Not sure why there is even an app if you can’t even log in.
Worst app ever
Quite literally. It was trash when it released 4 years ago and it’s hot garbage now. Don’t bother downloading it. Also their website isn’t a whole lot better.
Don’t waste your bandwidth on this useless app
Download the app foolishly thinking it would have the same functionality as Ticketmaster, and that was a very poor assumption on my part. I can log into the website using a browser, but the app said I’m not a user in the database. Printed my tickets the environmentally unfriendly way and deleted the app as the printer ran. This app belongs in the rookie league.

Simply The Worst
Won’t let you log in. Won’t recognize usernames. It’s 100% useless. Bought tickets for Las Vegas Lights soccer game (to watch my daughter sing the anthem - I don’t give two ducks about the team) and can’t get my tickets.
The One Star Reviews are misdirected
Every one star review for this app due to not being able to login is silly. Everyone is correct you can’t login, however, that’s because this app is not for you! This app is for venue operators only! With that said, it still gets one star from me just based on the fact that how do you not have an app for consumers in 2018? In order to view the mobile tickets purchased through TicketReturn you have to actually use a browser and login to their mobile site. Hey TicketReturn corporate, do you hate money? Your pissing off all your customers by not considering our experiences and interactions with your services. Make an app to view mobile tickets already! Make our experience with your product simpler and easier. This app might be the best app ever created for all we know but your getting all these one star reviews because you’re confusing everyone! You need to either hire a User Experience designer or fire the one you have. (Don’t actually fire him/her I hate to see anyone lose their job, maybe just a meeting to go over expectations) You get the point though! Figure it out.

Worst ticket service ever
This is hands down the worst way to get tickets ever. If you love error messages and never being able to sign in then you’ll love this app. I go to bed and pray asking god to please give us a new website for minor league games. I’ve spent over 2 hours trying to get tickets and got non stop error messages multiple times. Terrible

Don’t Download
Sign in doesn’t work. The UI is poorly designed with no attention to detail. This app is trash.
Log in doesn’t work
App doesn’t allow you login and keep on saying invalid account not found in database.The same login works fine on web.Not sure what is the purpose of the app.I just booked the ticket for the first time using ticketreturn and used mobile pass option but once i downloaded the app, login itself is not working and had to take print out of my tickets.
