Deeply disappointed
Tried to use TicNote online service with great disappointment, as it simply wasted time by dragging user into endless conversations, for a simple task of text transcript from an uploaded video. So, I won’t bother to try using their App and hardware.

Покупал устройство в первую очередь ради перевода речи в реальном времени, но именно эта функция оказалась нерабочей для русского языка. Русский можно выбрать как язык ввода, однако перевод с русского на любой другой язык просто не работает. При этом транскрипция на русском работает, перевод с других языков на русский тоже работает, то есть проблема именно с переводом с русского.
Перепробовал все возможные варианты: перезагрузка устройства, переустановка приложения на iPhone, проверка настроек, разные языковые пары — ничего не помогло.
Очень разочарован, потому что одна из основных заявленных функций фактически не работает. Если вы рассчитываете использовать устройство для перевода с русского языка, рекомендую учитывать этот момент перед покупкой.
Сейчас жду официальный ответ от производителя. После получения ответа обязательно дополню отзыв. Если проблема окажется временной и будет решена, изменю оценку и обновлю отзыв.

Technology is good but app development is lacking
It should be more streamlined. I want all my notes in shadow mode and there is no way to transition to that. And if there is some way I am not seeing it which means the app is unclear

Хорошее приложение к лучшему диктофону. О каких там субтитрах пишет бот, поставивший 1 не понятно. Тут все на русском и русский диктофон различает отлично

Нет русских субтитров. Продаете устройство официально на территории РФ но русских субтитров не добавили.
Support isn’t Support
I’m trying to figure out how I can take a photograph while I’m recording and have the photo integrated with notes created by ticnote of my recording.
When I look it up, I am told that this is possible. It says to look for a camera icon inside the app, but there is no camera icon inside the app. I’m not “just missing it.” I’m not just not seeing it. There’s something wrong with the app. I have a brand new 16 Pro Max iPhone. My ticnote app is updated. And still there is no way to take a photograph. This is beyond frustrating because it’s a feature that I absolutely need.
When I try to go to support in the App Store to get support for this, I don’t find a way to get support. Instead, I find recordings of the features and all of the wonderful stuff that this app supposedly does, but no way to get support.

Saving Hours a Week!
It’s been life changing. I have a few tools to help me streamline processes and this by far and away has saved me the most time and mental exhaustion. Please do not go selling and changing it all up with funky new ideas. Stick to your core business and keep getting better. There are more than enough features here for anyone.
