App doesn’t work
I have yet to be able to get the app to provide me a transcript or summary of a recording. It just does nothing. I’ve uninstalled the app multiple times with no changes. It just doesn’t work!

I have had no issues and this works so well I bought one for my Daughter and she has not had any issues.
Has never worked for me!
Been trying to use this app on and off for about 8 months. The audio never uploads and I never get a transcription. It just sits there. Upload percentage never moves off of 0% and it just changes to “transcribing…” after 5-10 seconds. It does nothing.
Shady product
Unusable scammy app. Fails all basic product registration flows and $150 hardware is now a waste.
Problemas com App
Depois da última atualização as gravações não com o aparelho físico não estão sendo sincronizadas com o aplicativo. Por favor resolvam esse problema. Recomendei para um amigo que também comprou e está com o mesmo problema. Quando resolverem eu mudo a avaliação para 5 estrelas
