App doesn’t work
I have yet to be able to get the app to provide me a transcript or summary of a recording. It just does nothing. I’ve uninstalled the app multiple times with no changes. It just doesn’t work!

I have had no issues and this works so well I bought one for my Daughter and she has not had any issues.
Has never worked for me!
Been trying to use this app on and off for about 8 months. The audio never uploads and I never get a transcription. It just sits there. Upload percentage never moves off of 0% and it just changes to “transcribing…” after 5-10 seconds. It does nothing.
Shady product
Unusable scammy app. Fails all basic product registration flows and $150 hardware is now a waste.
When it works it’s great !
The app goes on and off again when I come to being able to provide a summary. It is always able to give a transcript. Even for 2-3 hours of content. When it works it works great. When only the transcript works I copy the transcript into chat GPT. Not ideal but it gets the job done. It went through a period of not giving a summary for any of my transcripts. As of last week I have had no issues at all. I’ve had it since October
