App doesn’t work
I have yet to be able to get the app to provide me a transcript or summary of a recording. It just does nothing. I’ve uninstalled the app multiple times with no changes. It just doesn’t work!

I have had no issues and this works so well I bought one for my Daughter and she has not had any issues.
Has never worked for me!
Been trying to use this app on and off for about 8 months. The audio never uploads and I never get a transcription. It just sits there. Upload percentage never moves off of 0% and it just changes to “transcribing…” after 5-10 seconds. It does nothing.
Shady product
Unusable scammy app. Fails all basic product registration flows and $150 hardware is now a waste.
When it works it’s great !
The app goes on and off again when I come to being able to provide a summary. It is always able to give a transcript. Even for 2-3 hours of content. When it works it works great. When only the transcript works I copy the transcript into chat GPT. Not ideal but it gets the job done. It went through a period of not giving a summary for any of my transcripts. As of last week I have had no issues at all. I’ve had it since October

Inconsistent
I have to keep deleting the app and redownloading it for it to work again. This is not good or helpful.
Pls fix Noise reduction setup
The noise reduction setup cannot be saved, keeping in the off mode.
App doesn’t work.
I can download the audio file from my device but the app will not transcribe or build a summary. It just sits and “spins” telling me it is “transcribing…” or “Generating Summary…”. Nothing ever happens. My device is just a glorified recording without the app working correctly.

I find this voice recording great for me, it helps me with keeping notes and keeping track daily . Usually I would write things down, but since using this recording it has become handy to record notes and keep my notes clear and precise.
