Personally, it is good
I’ve been unemployed for several months, and the stress has completely messed up my sleep schedule. Every night I’d lie in bed worrying about interviews, bills, and what my future was going to look like. Falling asleep became harder every week. I downloaded Tideflow without expecting much, but it turned out to be one of the few things that actually helped. The enter sleep feature helps me calm down instead of overthinking everything, and now I can get fast to sleep much more easily. After using it consistently, my sleep quality has been improved, and I’m waking up with a clearer head instead of feeling drained. Better sleep hasn’t solved all my problems, but it has given me the energy to stay positive and keep moving forward. If stress is keeping you awake every night, this app is definitely worth trying.

Thanks this app
As a stay-at-home mom with two little kids, getting a full night’s sleep felt impossible. By the time everyone else was asleep, my brain just wouldn’t slow down. I tried white noise, tea, and even scrolling until I got tired, but nothing really helped. I found Tideflow a few weeks ago and decided to give it a shot. The enter sleep sessions have become part of my bedtime routine, and I’m actually able to fall fast to sleep most nights instead of lying awake thinking about tomorrow’s endless to-do list. The biggest surprise is how much my sleep quality has been improved. I don’t wake up feeling exhausted anymore, and I have so much more patience with my kids during the day. It’s simple, relaxing, and doesn’t make bedtime feel like another task. I honestly wish I had found this app sooner.

My sleep issues have been effectively alleviated
Midterms had me sleeping 4 hours a night if I was lucky. My brain would rehash every quiz and deadline. A friend recommended Tideflow, and I was skeptical—another useless sleep app, right? But the ‘Tide Release’ technique is a game changer. You basically visualize tension leaving your body with each digital out-breath. I pair it with the ‘Deep Current’ soundscape, and I’m usually asleep before the 10-minute timer ends. No more scrolling TikTok until 3 AM. The best part? I wake up remembering my dreams, not my worries. If you’re broke but desperate for sleep, the free version alone saved my semester. Legit works!

Have to admit that it works.
I’ve tried every sleep hack out there—melatonin, white noise, even cutting coffee at 2 PM. Nothing shut off my racing work brain until Tideflow. The ‘Flow Down’ breathing exercise is ridiculously simple but actually works. You just sync your exhales to the moving tide animation, and within five minutes, my heart rate drops. I used to lie awake for over an hour. Now? I’m out before the sleep story even ends. The ambient sounds aren’t cheesy loops either; they have this subtle shifting rhythm that feels like real ocean waves. Last week I fell asleep on my couch mid-routine. And this sleep app provides more customize content for improving sleep quality. Five stars, no contest.

Fall sleep is not a problem for me any more
I've struggled with sleep for the last couple of years, mostly because of work stress. Every night I'd get into bed feeling exhausted, but the second my head hit the pillow, my brain would start running through emails, deadlines, meetings, and random things I forgot to do during the day. I tried pretty much everything people recommend. Melatonin worked for a few nights and then stopped helping. White noise, rain sounds, sleep podcasts, breathing exercises on YouTube, even some of the popular sleep apps everyone talks about. Some of those things helped me relax a little, but none of them actually helped me fall asleep. I'd still end up tossing and turning for an hour or two, constantly checking the clock and getting more frustrated. What I liked about Tideflow is that it didn't just throw generic sleep sounds at me and hope for the best. It helped me understand why I wasn't sleeping and gave me a plan that felt realistic for my schedule. The app helped me build a better nighttime routine and taught me how to slow down mentally before bed. The biggest difference is that now I actually fall asleep. Not just "feel sleepy"—I mean genuinely drift off without spending forever rolling from one side of the bed to the other. There have been multiple nights where I don't even remember the moment I fell asleep, which used to never happen for me. After using it consistently for a few weeks, I've noticed that I'm sleeping deeper, waking up less during the night, and feeling much more functional during the workday. I'm drinking less coffee just to survive the afternoon, and I'm not dragging myself out of bed every morning anymore. It's honestly the first sleep app I've used that feels like it was designed to solve the problem instead of just distracting me from it. For someone who spent years staring at the ceiling waiting to fall asleep, that's a pretty big deal.

Love this app
I enjoy that it allows me to track my sleep with AI.
It’s certainly proving effective so far
I suffer from severe insomnia and have tried countless self-help methods to alleviate my condition, but they’ve all ended in failure. As a result, I’ve gradually become rather sceptical of the so-called ‘quick fixes’ for insomnia that people talk about, as I suspect they’re just marketing ploys to promote their products. So why did I decide to try Tideflow? Because it was recommended to me by a fellow sufferer. I decided to give this product another chance—and to give myself a chance to find relief. So, every day, I followed the methods outlined by this sleep app. These techniques placed no pressure on me whatsoever, and the app never made me feel as though ‘not being able to sleep is a sin’. On the contrary, using this app felt quite relaxing; in fact, my mind even found it rather boring. Yet this seemed to be a great help in getting me to sleep. My mind no longer races with random thoughts. Instead, it stops thinking altogether and gradually feels heavy, ready to drift off. My insomnia has improved somewhat now. I’ll continue using this app and will also recommend it to my friends.

it deserves it!
I honestly didn’t expect a sleep app to help this much, but this one really surprised me.
The guided breathing and calming voice exercises actually help slow my thoughts down when my anxiety gets bad at night. Instead of lying there overthinking for hours, I feel like my brain can finally quiet down a bit.

Nice sleep app
My sleep situation has not been optimistic recently, so I tried some methods, such as listening to white noise or light music before going to bed. But these seemed to be unable to stop my brain from thinking, which led to me lying in bed for a long time without being able to fall asleep and having no energy to work the next day. Later, I just searched in the app store by chance and found this app. I found that the interface of this app is very simple and the functions are also simple. But I found that it analyzed my sleep problems very detailedly and accurately. So I decided to follow the methods introduced by this app to solve my sleep problems. I persisted for a week and felt that I fell asleep faster and was energetic the next day.

Honestly, tideflow is a good sleep app!!!
I feel that most sleep apps nowadays have the same old functions, basically letting you listen to some bedtime stories or white noise and then monitoring your sleep quality. But I think for people like me who are not very self-
disciplined, it's hard to stick to it. I hope to find an easy way to fall asleep faster and improve my sleep quality. Later, my friend recommended this sleep app to me. I thought it would be the same as the others, but surprisingly, it's completely different. I can quickly understand the specific functions and the sleep methods are very relaxing and interesting.
I no longer feel like a failure for not being able to fall asleep quickly. This sleep app has really effectively solved my sleep problem. I should speak up for this app!

It helps my sleep problem
I have suffered from insomnia for over a year now. During this period, I have tried many methods, such as soaking my feet before going to bed or taking some melatonin, but these seemed to have only a minor effect. I still couldn't fall asleep until 2 or 3 in the morning every night. Just when I was about to give up, my friend introduced this sleep app to me. To be honest, this sleep app gives me a sense of relaxation. There are no many professional terms here; there are only gentle guidance and positive prompts. I no longer feel anxious about my insomnia problem. Gradually, I found that my sleep was getting better and I was falling asleep earlier and earlier. I feel that I have seen good changes during the process of using this app. I am very grateful to the developers of this app!

It saves me
Oh my gosh, being a full-time mom to two toddlers means sleep is basically a myth-kids wake up crying, laundry piles up, and I'm wiped.Tideflow changed everything for me.I turn on white noise and finally the house feels quiet enough to rest. The sleep analysis is so east to read and helped me figure out how to get better sleep even with my crazy schedule.I squeeze in the sleep methods after the kids are down, do a short meditation to clear my head, and the breathe slow and let go of the day's chaos. I feel healthier and less cranky with the kids now.I tried some sleep apps like Clam and Headspace but they didn't fit my mom life-they were too long and complicated. For me, Tideflow is quick and real. I actually sleep through more of the night and wake up ready to chase little ones again. Every tired mom needs this app I think

I like it
Bro, Tideflow’s sleep recorder and meditation saved me. I use white noise every night and feel so much healthier. Even beats Shuteye and BetterSleep for me.
I have to admit that it is Useful!
Tideflow makes my nights so much easier. I like the sleep recorder and breethe exercises. Feels healthy and I sleep better than with other sleep apps
It improves my sleep
I downloaded Tideflow because my partner kept telling me about my sleep talking and I honestly didn’t believe it was that bad. I even tried using a random sleep video recorde app before just to catch myself, but it didn’t really help me sleep, it just proved I was mumbling at 2am. What I like about this app is that it connects everything — sleep video tracking, understanding sleep cycles, even helping you see patterns like how stress affects your sleeptalk. It feels kind of like having your own sleep iq report every morning without being overly technical. I also tried a sleep stream one night and it actually calmed my mind down way more than I expected. The spiritual sleep therapy section surprised me too — I’m not super into that stuff, but the guided exercises actually helped me relax instead of overthinking. I’ve used sleepmapper in the past and it felt confusing, but this feels way more practical and clear. After a few weeks, I’m not only talking less in my sleep, I’m actually waking up feeling rested.

More than a sleep app
I’ve always had weird sleep habits, including occasional sleeptalk and restless nights, so I started looking for an sleep app that could track sleep talking and maybe help me sleep better overall. At first I thought Tideflow would just be another sleep video recorde app, but it actually does way more than that. The sleep video tracking helped me realize when my sleep talking happens most often, and the sleep cycles breakdown plus the sleep iq insights made it easier to understand what affects my sleep quality. Sometimes I’ll play a sleep stream when my brain won’t shut down, and it helps me settle down without forcing it. I also tried the spiritual sleep therapy section, which surprisingly helped me relax before bed. Compared with sleepmapper and a few other sleep apps I’ve used, this one feels much more helpful because it connects everything together instead of just showing data.

recommend it
I started using Tideflow mainly because I often had difficulty falling asleep and was easily awakened at night. During the day, I always felt very tired. So I tried many sleep apps. However, none of these apps could specifically analyze and customize a sleep plan. When I tried Tideflow, I felt things were a little different. This app was very detailed and comprehensive, and it explained to me in plain language what my sleep problems were. Then it later customized a detailed sleep plan for me, helping me fall asleep quickly and not wake up at night. Gradually, my sleep quality improved a lot, and I felt more energetic and refreshed during the day. I'm very glad that I chose the right sleep app. The sleep tasks here are also customized based on my sleep habits and lifestyle. It's really very helpful.

A good sleep app
I originally downloaded Tideflow because I was looking for some slepp app that could track my sleep cycle and help me analysis my sleep quality in detial and and maybe explain why I always felt exhausted even after sleeping all night. I had tried a basic sleep video recorde before, but all it really did was capture random clips of sleeptalk without helping me understand what was actually going on. With Tideflow, the sleep video feature works together with sleep cycles tracking and something like a daily sleep iq score, so you can actually see patterns instead of just recordings. I also started using the sleep stream feature when I couldn’t relax at night, and it helped me sleep way faster than just lying there scrolling my phone. The spiritual sleep therapy sessions were another surprise because they helped calm my mind before bed. I’ve tested apps like sleepmapper before, but this one explains your sleep cycles in a way that makes sense. After a few weeks I noticed less sleeptalk and my mornings feel way less foggy.

Exhausted every morning despite “8 hours”… Tideflow finally changed that
For years I’d force myself to bed early, clock 7–8 hours, and still wake up like I’d been run over — foggy brain, heavy body, zero motivation. I thought that’s just how adults feel. Coffee didn’t fix it. Naps made it worse.
Then I tried Tideflow. It doesn’t just count hours; it shows your actual sleep stages and builds a “Sleep IQ” that trends over time. Seeing how little deep sleep I was getting hit hard… but watching that number slowly climb week after week felt like quiet proof I was fixing something real.
The late-night sleep streams are my favorite part. Soft rain, gentle distant thunder, calm voice — when my mind is racing at 2 a.m., I put one on (screen off) and actually drift off instead of spiraling. The spiritual sleep sessions surprised me too — they’re soothing and grounded, not weird or pushy. I’ve fallen asleep mid-session more than once.
Now mornings feel… possible? I’m waking up lighter, less drained, actually ready to start the day instead of dreading it. After so long feeling broken, that small shift means everything.
Anyone else get this “wait, this is what rested feels like” moment with Tideflow?

I made it
For years I had no idea what was happening at night. My girlfriend said I was full-on sleeptalk mode almost every night and sometimes even arguing in my sleep talking episodes, which is kind of embarrassing. I tried recording myself with a sleep video recorde app and watched the clips back, but that alone didn’t fix anything. Tideflow actually helped me sleep instead of just collecting data. It breaks down your sleep cycles in a way that’s simple, almost like a daily sleep iq score you can actually understand. I’ve listened to a sleep stream a few times when my mind was racing, and it helped settle things down without feeling forced. There’s also this spiritual sleep therapy content that I didn’t expect to like, but it really helps you wind down. Compared to sleepmapper, which I used briefly, this feels less clinical and more personal. I still check my sleep video logs sometimes, but now I’m actually improving instead of just watching the problem.
