Website is much better
I just downloaded the Tiffany’s and sadly, I am unable to look at any of the jewelry. This completely defies the logic and ease of the app.
Pointless App
T&C has zero apps to shop for jewelry? It’s 2025, who is in charge of your tech, and how do they still have a job? This app says no exhibits to view… and nothing else. Save yourself and don’t bother downloading

Easy to use and clean aesthetic.
App doesn’t work
Have uninstalled and reinstalled four times now the app doesn’t open it doesn’t work! I have an iPhone 14 Pro not even two weeks old.

The app is mandatory to reach the exhibition. Even before you see available time slots, get ready to reveal your location, your bluetooth, your name, phone number and email…

Disappointed that you’re forced to download an app to attend this exh. It’s nice to be given a choice. App works fine but leaves bitter taste.
Tells me my email format is invalid
I can’t book tickets to the Saatchi exhibition because it keeps telling me my email format is invalid, one I’ve had for 14 years, clearly does not recognize .uk only .com. Because of this it won’t let me proceed beyond this first page. This is an exhibition in London and you have an app that doesn’t recognize uk email formats!

Can’t get tickets
I’ve been trying, via the Tiffany App, to get tickets for the exhibition. All my details are clear and correct but it won’t let me go to the next page? I’ve tried over a number of weeks, on and off and several times each time!
You’d have thought they’d have sorted their website out as I can see another review with the same issue from May. The same time I have been trying!

Worked perfectly
The app worked perfectly and I easily got the qr codes for the venue
