App crashes
App randomly has been crashing for the last week. I rely on the app as I have social anxiety and talking on the phone is a no no for me. Please fix this

Very helpful staff and always get the ride on time. Only issue is the busy hours drivers availability. Other than that excellent services.

Dangerous Driving
Me and my girlfriend ordered a cab, the driver was constantly looking at his phone while driving. As a result we almost crashed several times and almost got whiplash from the driver not looking and having to react late
Don’t use this app
Driver was on his phone and over charged us by £5 for the journey
Payment
This app is really good, it would be perfect if were able to do payment online through this app
