THE WORST APP EVER!!
Bring Back my.clemson
Got an error message and couldn’t continue when trying to add my commute; Extra step actively reduce the value of this application. The my.clemson app showed the routes for on campus shuttle services without complicating things. Give my.clemson a UI facelift and bring it back.

This is bad
This has got to be the worst app ever. Forcing rideshare setup is bad. The interface is bad. There is too much junk on the Home Screen and it feels too much like a bad ported web app than a native mobile app.
Anyone involved in this please find a new career far away from me
This is the single worst app that I have ever had the displeasure of using. The stupid trip profile thing doesn’t even work. I’ve yet to get my account properly logged in and I cannot view any of the routes. The parking space count was already too ambitious so I knew that wouldn’t work but I hate everyone who worked on this app for the terror they reign over my commute each day

No live bus route
I just want a live tracking of all the bus routes in and out of Clemson to figure out my commute.
The app doesn’t allow you to do that and instead requires the starting location and destination before giving any sort of resource.
Occasionally doesn’t recognize buildings by name and needs the full address.
Takes too long to function and is nowhere near as useful as the app before it.

Terrible app
I just need to know parking space availability. The app does not show it but keeps asking for trip profile. Useless app.
One of the worst apps I’ve seen
All I want to do is see real-time bus routes and parking availability with Clemson’s new eleven-x parking system. Instead this app wants me to put specific commutes into a schedule and log them? Like the vast, overwhelming majority of students, I do not enter and leave campus at consistent times each day. I am NOT interested in scheduling each commute just so I can see what my options are that day. I just want what this app promises and fails to deliver.

Missing Features
Doesn’t actually have most of the features it claims to have (filtering for parking lots, bus tracking, more). Also requires you to login every time you open it.

I miss being able to open an app and see where my bus is.

Deserves 0 stars. Idk how to even work this app. If anyone over 35 had to use this it would be impossible.

It’s terrible. Nobody is going to rideshare and they removed the only useful function, tracking the Catbus
Worst Transit App EVER
This app replaced the integrated real time bus routes feature my.Clemson offered. TigerCommute doesn’t have this feature… the one USEFUL tool when planning my commute.
The app has a slow, laggy interface and looks like it was programmed to use on an iPhone 5.
Does not show ANY other bus routes for transit connection purposes. I now have to guess when any other bus arrives unless I add another commute or change mine completely. Horrible design and functionality.
Why on earth would they discontinue the my.clemson route map and require this poorly executed commute system?
Clemson PLEASE fix this transportation user nightmare or give us adequate parking … do NOT ruin both for us.

This app is trash
This app took originally what was extremely effective and completely ruined it. Tiger transit originally had a real time bus route that was constantly updated to show in real time where the buses on each route were. This app just adds extra steps to a simple process and renders it completely ineffective. The app attempts to overcomplicate everything, all while removing the most important feature which was being able to monitor where the bus actually is.

Just why ???
The my.clemson app worked great for seeing real time bus routes. This app is just unnecessary and needlessly complicated. Will be using the cat bus much less now because of this app.
Clemson is a joke
They don’t have enough parking spots so instead of building more they force you to sign up for a ride share app
Not actually needed to check where the buses are
The my.Clemson app sends you to download this app if you want to see the real-time routes. But then THIS app just sends you to download the TransLoc app to actually see the buses, you can only see the route itself through this one! Cut out the middle man and go straight to the TransLoc app, you don’t even have to log in to use that one (why do we need to log in to use this app?!?!). Another case of fragmenting what used to be a single useful app into way too many individual apps for each function

Needlessly Complicated
For some reason, the my.clemson app showing bus routes was too logical for Clemson, so they decided to completely remove it and put it on this app instead. I have to log in every time I want to use this app, information about buses is confusing, and you have to make a “trip” for every interaction, because simply viewing where the buses are at a given moment isn’t good enough. I can understand that they wanted to create a dedicated transit app, but that doesn’t mean you have to completely remove bus tracking from the other app!

The App is Poorly Programmed
This app does not work well at all. Needs to show bus routes but it is overly complicated. I will continue using the CAT bus website and delete this off my phone.
