4.9 update broke the app
Please fix.
Use to work well.
Use to work well, not sure what happened. Now it won’t connect on my phone. It will connect on my wife’s phone but not mine. Did an update cause this three weeks ago.
Crashes constantly
Can no longer get into the app since updating.

I been using night hawk for three years back 5 years ago. The worse DVR I have ever used system was way having problem connecting to the phone app and it finally die on me. So I looked around and found two different brand on Amazon and none of them connected to the phone. Saw the band Tigersec and gave it a shot at first I had a little problem getting it to connect to the phone. Did more readying on it play around with the numbers and BANG connected. It’s been over three years and I never had a problem works flawlessly and always connects to my cellphone app anywhere in the states even out of the country. Only problem was I should have gotten the 8 cameras system instead of 6

Laggy and slow
They need to fix this app, it does not function properly. It’s very difficult to review camera footage.

Just says connection failed. No ability to view remotely or while on the network
Update not working
Updated app on 3-7-2024 and it no longer works. It just says Connection Failed. Still works on the iPad which was NOT updated. Sigh
Not even remotely close to competition
This is truly a let down. The tigersecu system is so expensive compared to other competitors yet the app truly leaves you in the dark with little to no functional configurations or settings. Very sad I may return my dvr because of this app
Nice application
This app is easy to set up and setting up with the system is a breeze. Took less than 5 minutes. Overall this system is a very good value.
DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE
This system is complete garbage. App never works.My cameras are brand new and the system makes them constantly switch between black/white and color. You would be better buying a blind dog if you wanted security.

The app is essentially useless… the bugs, crashes, horrid ui… avoid this camera device and app

I’m able to connect very rarely and it’s frustrating because nothing is wrong it’s just the fact that it bugs and glitches too much not being able to connect

Poor controls and crashes
This app is largely useless. It is difficult to record segments and download them; it regularly crashes. Accessing directly from the hard drive isn’t any easier. I’m considering replacing the DVR because this app is unusable. Avoid this device.
