Unable to open app
I am unable to open the latest version of this app (V5.4.0) on my iPhone 8 that’s currently running on iOS 16.7.15 even though the release notes say “Requires iOS 15.0 or later”.
App update failed
Developers - I cannot even load the app since your latest update 7 hours ago. Please review and update? Thank you!
No connection
Connection from solar to app is spotty at best, loses connection Every Day for Hours, can’t check solar production due to this, wish I’d gone elsewhere.
It works, but not great for CCA recovery
The new app only allows a Bluetooth access. If your CCA looses its BT interface, you are SOL. The older Tigo EL v. 4.x also has WiFi and Ethernet interfaces to get around the broken BT. I have had 3 CCA’s loose the communication interfaces. Two stand-alone and one ATS internal CCA’s. Not a good track record.
Will try an external BT usb fob as a source. Hopefully it will work.
Recommend not upgrading the old android Tigo El v. 4.x app.

Rubbish app
Keeps disconnecting and won’t reconnect. Don’t bother downloading as it will say your solar panels are t producing energy when they are

Ho installato questa app circa un mese fa , ma è molto deludente su sette giorni ne funziona due . Inutile chiamare l’assistenza, per loro il problema è altro . Invece è l’app che non funziona correttamente
App ist wie Inception
App ist wie der Film Inception. Je tiefer man drin ist desto langsamer vergeht die Zeit. Man muss minuten warten bis irgendwas geladen ist, eigegebene Daten werden nur sporadisch gespeichert und im laufenden Betrieb der Tigos werden genauso viele Daten nicht erfasst und gehen verloren.
Die Tigos auf dem Dach laufen, mehr aber auch nicht.

Leider ist der App keine Kostenkontrolle einzutragen, ganz ganz schlechte Übersicht und Aktualisierung der Daten so wie die App es gerade möchte mal 5 Minuten mal 10 Minuten mal 15 Minuten leider ganz ganz schlecht

Can't commission new location
App doesn't shoe commission checklist on my iphone 16 pro max. The list does show up on my ipad mini a17 pro. I also tried to submit an in app bug report and got a server error code 500 when submitting.
This was not a good start to my Tigo experience after investing several thousand dollars.

intuitiva e semplice da usare
Awful
Very basic app with no configuration that I can find. Every time I want to look at my system production in kw I have to go into settings and change from energy to power - no way to save the config for next time. Then the panel diagrams are so tiny I can’t se them without zooming in which itself is not easy to do. Horrible app.

Dal 2 ottobre 2025 non funziona, non si vede più la produzione di ogni singolo pannello
App scadentissima
Perde continuamente la connessione anche ad 1 mt dal router:occorre sempre spegnere e riaccendere l’alimentazione per fargli ritrovare il segnale wifi.Inoltre come provi ad aprire il calendario,si blocca la visualizzazione e occorre chiudere forzatamente l’app per navigare sull’app.è davvero inutile e fallata ovunque

No good can’t commission my system
Either the app is totally broken or I have a bad cca. The plus sign to add a system is missing. When I start the app it shows up for about one second then disappears. My CCA does not come up. I get a no CCA found message. I can’t believe after installing 2 TAP units cable and the CCA no joy.
App is waste of time
Tried all sorts to try and get the app to work, apparently my 185watt panels produce 400watrs 24hours a day rain or shine. Tried WiFi connections hard wired connection but still no accurate info. The app that came with my inverter is perfect no haste worked instantly
Great app but one request
The app is great and the optimizers have been truly worth the money. I put 28 of them on my DIY system and it legit gave me over a 30% increase in production day after day that’s amazing! My big request for the app is to have it show the random little metrics the web page shows like the price of power you have produced today and in and in a lifetime. Plus the lbs of coal not burned all the little neat fun things the web page shows please add them to the app.
