Frozen

I’ve only been playing for 2 days and the app won’t let me click on anything. I tried turning my phone on and off and deleting the app and redownloading.I spent money in the app and now I have no access to it. If u win they will freeze ur account.

Good and Lots of Chances for Diamonds

My only critique so far is that I wish there were more 20 or 60 cent option to submit with instead of a dollar or more but besides that I haven’t had to put in any money yet! I’m just working to build up diamonds which you get pretty efficiently, especially if you’re quick. I’ll be back with an update if there’s any new discoveries or issues! Have fun playing! (It’s fun to play even without the money)

SCAM!! Fun but a scam!

Super fun game to play. But don’t expect to ever see your withdrawal. And customer service is a joke!!
Totally disappointed from a company that says it’s based in Florida!!!

I don’t usually do this BUT

Look I don’t work for this app company I currently don’t work at all. I’ve been doing these little app games in between finding employment. I am a mother to 3 children and I’ve tried a lot of apps. Not all bad but none never impressive enough to write a review on, until now😁

I am not going to say I didn’t put some money in, because I did. I’ve only invested 30 dollars in total however. I won 200 and cashed out and received my winnings with no problem. It does take a few days but it comes. I’m currently playing it this morning and am already winning big amounts again! I absolutely love this game and it is true to what it says.

Made first deposit then was forced to sign up which understandable to verify age, I have brand new iPhone 15 every single time I start selecting birthday the game force closes the app!!! start it again and same exact thing over and over if they can’t get the sign in working properly I can only imagine trying to cash out I’m sure it near impossible

Location To Play

While I was going to originally comment that this game was still fun and you can slowly earn gems for free to eventually play to earn cash but just don’t expect to earn much or win, you can’t even play in the games to earn cash without turning on location services! This is a HUGE turn off for me. Don’t bother wasting your time here.

Love This App

I love this app, it’s really addictive! It’s easy to win money, I’m waiting for my first payout. But, there’s no easy way to get help when you have an issue. I haven’t been able to play any tournaments involving cash for several days now, despite updating and even reinstalling the app. It’s disappointing

Great game but crashes too much

I like this game very much, graphics are nice, but has too many bugs and crashes all the time. I have lost diamonds and even money because of it.
Also, would be great to get more opportunities to play for money with diamonds than spending 1500 in a game with 10 people. 1500 are too many.
Once, they had a same level tournament that was very good (I am not an expert) and felt better playing with similar gamers. I think the game should be like other games where you play with similar gamers all time. Also they should have more thematic tournaments like the 5 de Mayo, this gave the opportunity to gain diamonds and money for just playing. Hope you fix the game, looking forward for more improvements, I have not found one like this one, I have faith it would be fixed

Locking up/app shutting off

Lately the game will just close out in the middle of playing. I had issues yesterday twice with the app locking up/freezing up immediately after it took my $1.00. When I opened the app back, it would not let me resume my game and now I am out $2.00. This needs to be resolved immediately. I will delete the app if this continues.

Closed out of game when I won too much

Have $2600 credit. Game won’t let me play now. No matter what choice I make on opening screen it says it can’t find a tournament. Essentially I’m locked out for playing well. Never found a way to request a credit back to my credit card.

Locking up

I have been playing this game for months and I love it but I have been stuck on the “butterflies sighting” reward page for 3 days. I have tried closing the app, deleting and reinstalling the app and still stuck. I then decided to just start the game over but to get rewards, you must sign in with phone number and when I do that it takes me back to my original game and I am still stuck. I have even emailed to get this issue resolved and have not received a response. I guess I will have to delete this app if this doesn’t get resolved. Very frustrating!

Designed so no one can win

It is impossible for anyone to win money in this game. In contrast to, say, poker, where you play against all players and will frequently beat bad players and make money, this game tries to match you with people at your level so no one has any advantage. Then, the payout amounts are very disadvantageous, so if you are equally matched and win a proportional amount of times, everyone will lose over time. It is designed so that everyone, including weak players, gets a little hope that they might win, and therefore deposit. However, it’s impossible for anyone to win because if you’re with players of your skill level, you will win 1st, 2nd, and 3rd approximately 1/8 of the time each, which will not cover the losses in 5/8 games. Total scam.

Oh, and it moved me up to a higher skill level (assuming these are real players), but out of the last 38 games, I’ve only placed 2nd in 3, and 3rd in 1, and didn’t get 1st once. If I were truly with players of my own level, wouldn’t I be winning each place approximately 1/8 times? This entire thing is a sham. If they truly wanted a fair game, everyone would be playing against everyone regardless of “skill level”.

I will say that I am playing several games at the same time and so far I keep coming back to Tile Cash first. It’s fun, exciting and I almost need to take my blood pressure afterwards from trying to do well on the game. KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK and CHANGES that you all make. KUDOS!!!!

Can’t even play

I would like to start off that I can’t even play the game for some reason I was able to do the intro match then it said oops or something like that. I was soo excited at first bc I seen some good reviews then it faded instantly once it didn’t work I tried soo many tries refreshing it and reinstalling it. I need some help and maybe I’ll change this one star to a 5 star bc this game actually looks fun

Great winner

Such a wonderful game I just wish they’d offer any more incentives. It didn’t cost as much but yes, you do get to play and win right money and you can win it for free without having to do anything. All you have to do is try.
