I hate that our company uses this app. I have to log back in every week also every single day I have to open and close the app 3 times to be able to clock in and out. And it’s been like this for years…….
Can’t even login
Even with correct information to login with it will take you back to the login page and make you rinse repeat. Just use the website, this app is awful…
Missed work due to a glitch
Missed a day of work because of a glitch causing my schedule not to show. App’s listed clocked-in time is inaccurate unless the app is closed and reopened, would not recommended.
Poor quality
More often then not app won’t load schedule. I am stuck in a loading screen and I need to find out if I work the next day and I can’t.

Notifications
Ever since the recent update I have notifications that will not go away. I have gone through the entire app 2 times and still have notifications.
Where’d everyone go?
We’ve been with Time Clock Wizard for about 5 years. Service has been typically quick- less than a 24 hour turn around on questions. I’m
wondering if they’ve folded? In the last 2 1/2 weeks I’ve tried to chat- not active anymore- leave a message- I’ve left a few with no response, try to set up meeting via calendly- none in June- none for July. I called, no one answers- I’ve left numerous voicemails- no call backs. I’ve made over 10 attempts and haven’t heard a peep.
What happened?! Zero support these days.

Incompatible with Apple
When clocking in from a break on an iMac computer using safari, time clock will not allow you to clock in and tell you you are on a mobile device when you are clearly not. Then when you contact tech support, the will spend weeks sending you messages saying they are trying to resolve it, but the never do. And frankly, the rounding feature which rounds your pay to the nearest 15 minute increment has always struck me as criminal.

is having problems and does not let you enter it just says something went wrong and from there it does not happen it does not let you enter the app could you help with that please thanks
No data found or something went wrong
It’s not even possible to clock in without deleting the app and then downloading again.
Bring back old interface and fix bugs!
The old app interface looked neater and straight to the point. The new interface looks cluttered and its reaction time just isn’t as smooth as the old. My dashboard also keeps saying “no data found” so I had to use the website version of TCW in order to clock in. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

Terrible
Since the updated interface it’s been nothing but a nightmare to use, was a brilliant app before but now I struggle to clock in takes ages to refresh struggle to clock out which isn’t good when my company use it as our main tracking info for hours
New Update Glitchy
Have always had lots of issues with TimeClock Wizard, app and desktop. The newest update has more issues than previous version.
Buggy
Buggy and last new version was over a year ago. Not sure there’s anyone at the wheel here
Can’t clock in or out
It shows the buttons but doesn’t let me clock in or out. It worked for a really long time but now it hasn’t worked in months. I restarted my phone but same thing. The only thing I haven’t done is delete the app and reinstall, which I feel makes this app a pain if I have to do that. Been using the website now for the past few months instead.

Needs bug fixes
Every time the app is opened it loses communication with the server and nothing can be done about it. You have to manually find how to reset the app in your phone every single time and renter all of your work info to take a break or punch the clock. It’s incredibly annoying and needs fixing. No responses to the app internal feedback either.

Fix the notifications
Every time I go to open this app, it says I have notifications when I don’t. Each time, the number of notifications increases. This review doesn’t allow me to leave a screenshot but I would gladly show you what the app icon looks several times a times everyday. Fix the notifications. If I go into the app and review the notifications, they should clear and I should get new number when new notifications have not been viewed. Fix it!!

Freeze
Could the developer please fix the app screen from freezing ?

Keep getting a can’t connect to server error so I always have to restart the app before I can clock in makes the start of my work day stressful please fix.
