Only Dubai is available in the app, waste of time. Stop advertising to download the app to use it for ordering in Boston when that doesn’t exist on the app.

Cannot select any markets other than Dubai. App used to allow selection chicago market. When I go to website the order now link sends me to the broken app.
App is broken, it only shows Dubai, even though I’m in Boston
When I open the app, the only market I can choose is in Dubai. No other markets appear in the list, so there is no way to change it. I even tried uninstalling the app, but it did the same thing.
I did use the app successfully about a year ago, but now it is useless (unless you happen to be in Dubai.)

Useless App
After 5-10 minutes of trying to order in Dubai, I gave up and went to the kiosk myself. Seriously- what is the point?!

Lack of cities
I only see Dubai and Montreal. I am located in the United States. Chicago and New York used to show up but they do not anymore

I just moved to the city for school, and found the place when I got lost on the green line. I had a great time anyway and tried to get the app when I found out about it. Boston is listed on the website, but it’s not on the app! Why is Boston not on the app? I have no idea! The app is completely useless

Boston Market not on App
Went to order food from the Boston market and found the market was no longer available

I downloaded for ease of looking at menu and ordering since the site doesn’t have that info anymore. But I don’t see Boston listed as a choice. So it renders this app useless. I’ve tried to reinstall 2x with no luck.
Time Out Boston is not included in the app
Before I downloaded, I checked the app. It said Boston was included with other cities coming soon. There are 4 cities. 2 are in the U.S. Neither are Boston.

Not Showing Boston Location
I ordered from the app in the past, it showed Boston, MA. Now it is showing up for over a month. Can someone fix this??
Order Repeat
After I ordered, I got a notification about a price change (which is already weird) and was prompted to pay again. I went through with it even though I didn’t notice any difference in price. Then the app showed I ordered the same exact thing a second time! There was no way to cancel the second order either.
