And this is how you get started: - Install the app and adjust the preset working hours, breaks, average appointment duration, etc. according to your needs. - To inform your customers, the app allows you to print a QR code. Or share this information from within the app. - Finally, you may want to add existing appointments to the app calendar to include them. Your customers can now book appointments with you and track the remaining time until the appointment is called on their mobile device. Even in the event of unexpected delays, your customers save time by not waiting at your location and can arrive on time for their appointment. In important cases, you can also send individual messages to your customers. You can also use the app if you are already a timeacle business customer: You log in with the access data for an "operator" and manage your existing system as an operator via the app. The range of functions enables, among other things, an overview of the existing appointments, the currently waiting customers, call ups as well as the sending of messages.
