WARNING-DO NOT USE!!!

This app HAS NO PASSWORD RESET!!! If you forget your password there is NO WAY TO RETRIEVE! I have lost access to ALL employee data…never EVER have I had any app not have a “forgot password” option or way to retrieve! Do not, DO NOT, use this app!!

This may be a scam

The first screen prompts you to fill out your information, after doing that there is a blue continue option but when I press it, nothing happens. I am afraid it may just be an app that gathers phone numbers and e-mail addresses of employers so they can sell them to telemarketers.

Do NOT use this company

We’ve been with Timeclock St since 2014, we’ve always paid $9.99/month. It allowed for unlimited employees and was pretty user friendly for employees to use at iPad. Other then a few minor issues, mostly all during this past October, we’ve been pretty happy with the app for what we paid. Without notice, I started seeing charges for over $200 for October and November. I caught the charges in November (we were closed the entire month-seasonal business) and reached out to customer service to see if they could at least partially refund the dramatic increase since we were never informed. Seeing as they are web developers, they can obviously see that no transactions were made, and yet they refused to refund and my of money. I think it’s a bit dramatic going from $9.99/month to over $200 without notice. I call it bad business, and I’ll be taking my business somewhere else!

Not Free Anymore

I paid $9.00 for this app several years ago to get a specific set of features. They took that features away and want me to pay a subscription to get that feature back. That sounds illegal, they should grandfather people who paid or refund me. Feeling like they change the rules in the middle of a game without warning. I will not be subscribing. It was not a great app before, but it got the job done and free to use.

Using for several years. Works great.

No other app on the App Store fills all the boxes like this app. You can keep time for your whole crew easily and accurately. Love it.

Total hours aren’t showing

When I go to try and build a report it isn’t showing the total hours that have been logged for the week, this is not good at all for the book keeper and needs to be fixed ASAP.

New update?

App has been great for tracking personal hours. However, it just updated and now my total hours are showing as 0:00. May be a possible bug?

Great app

I get SSI benefits and work retail part-time. And I can only receive a certain amount a pay period month. This helps track my hours better so I don't go over. The only thing is that it's hard to calculate the federal holidays that we get paid more on. Would love to see a holiday pay option to calculate those hours better. But other than that I love this app and wouldn't dare find anything else.

Was great until the update!

Cannot sync my devices anymore. I pay $10 a month subscription and have been for years and it’s been great. The update has made life hell for the last 2 weeks. And at a horribly busy time of year for our small business! (PS, this is the first review I’ve ever written for an app. And I have a lot of apps. If anyone has any suggestions for a new time clock app, I’m all ears!)

App just keeps crashing

The app still keeps shutting down every time I try to start it up. I’m afraid to delete it and reinstall it because I feel like it’s going to erase all my information I have saved! And I needed to get into this to check it with my paycheck!

Doesn't work after update!

After latest update app doesn't work properly anymore.
No landscape mode, just white screen. Cannot edit entries as administrator - app is freezing and has to be force quit. There was no testing done before this release. Very disappointed!
